Had an uplift day at Moelfre Hall nr Oswestry.
Only one crash after taking a different line through some braking bumps.
Got about 8 runs in before the fatigue got to me. Good fun Highly recommended.

Experimented for a while, I used a compressor seemed to work ok. But with the luxury of Tubeless ran low pressures, and subsequently dented my rims.
Result impossible to seal next time, i have now gone back to tubes.

Yes for years, you has to listen to about 4 crap songs for one good one but well worth it.

I have a Heckler with some fox 36 rc’s, cornering is much better than 32’s which i have on a trek ex8.
The forks will allow you to hold lines much better and suit the heckler just fine.

Ive also got a heckler with a small frame with a fox 36 and coil shock on the back rear. I have also built up a second hand Specialized big hit 3 with loads of parts from ebay.

Although the Heckler is capable DH bike, due to the slack head angle and long wheel base the big hit is a lot more fun on uplift days.
