I get a bad headache  or light migraine most Mondays, starts around mid moring and gets worse as the day goes on. can’t really function in the evenings.

Must be a work thing or change of sleep patterns from the weekend.

Never taken time off work for it through,

I prefer liquid applied roofs particularly if you have penetrations and details, DIY able to.

Also consider future proofing to accommodate a PV installation or EV charger while they are it it to avoid more disturbance.

Interesting, have been riding that track for over 30 years. A few years ago the muddy sections have been replaced by slate tracks. The Snowdonia  Slate trail runs through the area along the very same track so there must have been negotiations with the landowners.

Unable to post a link but search   llwybr llechi Eryri

Track is ridable however the incline is steep / but no problem for most MTB riders easy to pick up punchers lower down also.

Get up shower etc and get dressed, don’t lounge around in PJ’s etc. Be sat in front of the lap top at a set time.

I feel guilty of going out for a walk or ride on my lunch break.

Sometimes also clocking off is hard  so tend to put on some music in the last 30 mins helps to wind down as would a drive home.

Finish earlier when it’s a nice day and work later when raining etc.

All you need in here https://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/accessories/deadening/damping-mats

You can also use some flashband if you are a cheapskate but it may fall off in a heatwave.

Runs via bluetooth in my case  with a tidal subscription via phone.

Also upgraded my 20+ musical fideilty amp about £500 the time to a Fosi Audio bt20 pro quality about the same but loads more bass. Unbeatable for less than a £100 power floorstanding missons with ease and no heat from the amp ap or seperate transformer.

If you have a few lessons before hand you can progress quicker so you can ski an easy run from the top of the mountain rather than be stuck on the lower slopes.

If tired stop and take a rest that’s the safer option.

I have one a similar 50% off deal, bike feels very responsive and lively when climbing but at the end of the day it’s a hardtail but I can’t Say I’ve noticed it be be harsh. 29 ” wheels help I suppose.

The fork on the base model although plush for the travel is very heavy and lets down the bike a bit, the Crank in an SX  but with a heavy steel BB. I’ve changed mine to an GX on a Wiggle Sale.

Possibly if you change the fork up to 130mm it may push the geometry too far back when climbing, possibly 110mm would be the limit.

Check out Guy Kes TV he’s done a project build and this should provide you with a better insight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSNOqCkzuBw

Seems that there are a lot of “Ghost”  trails popping up due to the fact there is a lot of unofficial but just about tolerated trails at some North Wales trail centres.

One of the best motorsports events with the worst coverage.

It’s a shame that all the manufacturers spend millions but the event gets so little exposure.

There are lots of clips on YouTube but quite difficult to know what’s going on due to lack of commentary.

There was a facinating behind the scenes look of the Prodrive HQ on Howard Davies Youtube channel which showed some of the Dakar cars they are entering, released last evening.

Ride within your limits, say 80-90% most of the time and ease into it for the first day.
And if tired give it up for the day, don’r push it.

Tenerife is a bit of a mecca, mount teide is one of the highest road climbs in Europe,
Did a solo in mid summer but chickend out in the lava feilds due risk of heatstroke.
Can be accessed from a few of the resorts.

Wildpeak at3w on a pickup replaced coninental cross country’s.
All round good tyre great in recent snow, no difference in MPG or noise.
Grip on tarmac also as good as conti’s

Levo SL owner on eco 85% of the time its ideal, despite what the reviews say I find it handles
Well on off piste / steep runs. There is a new SL coming out soon so could be worth hanging on for a little while.

Boxster 2.7 here , lots of owners ahd history exept the last one failed to do much. If you are goodc
With the spanners costs can be ok but if you have to pay labour small jobs can be expensive.
Allow a fund for suspension work, coffin arms etc and brake refresh at the very least. IMS not worth the worry
If it goes it goes only a few % fail.
Great to drive and still cheap to buy but prices are slowly rising.

Remember about the speed sensor on the rear due to the thicker disk flange you may need to
Modify, emtb forum would have the answer.

In north Wales ears are clipped in a particular fashion and the farmers have books to indetify the owners. Used
When rounding up sheep before winter. Started way before plastic tags and still done today. No idea if done in other
    Parts of the country.

Done it, main purpose is for identification. If stolen police will look out for a van with windows rather than a panel van. The gross vehicle weight and hence speed restrictions stay the same.

Look towards the Llanfarchreth area, there where a few tracks / trails used on a former xc race. Although I have not
Ridden them there seem to be quite a lot of tracks used by enduro motorbikes, look on youtube.
Eryri 360 series also have a loop around the area but you may have tomoay for the gpx files.

I have worn and crashed a leat, the only thing that I have found is when crashing it was harder to chage direction mid flight. Without one I was able to flick my head and tuck to start a roll, with I felt more like a missile and hit things head on.
On ballance still not convinced either way.

I ordered a kit and also a piston with the rubber seals already mounted, for £ 6 it was reasonable.
Also had to order a new pin as I knocked it out without loosening the grub Screw!!!

Beddgelert forest would be ok not strictly a trail centre but there are a few miles of fireroads with a few small singletracks dotted around, you could ride. Once home to the uk national mtb championhip in the 90s xc,dh and hillclimb in one weekend!
Check out lon gwyrfai runs through the middle.
    Only 1/2 hr from caernarfon
Park at the top end of the forest
