I experienced similar after running on a treadmill.

The wru see the regions as financially and commercially inept. this is the main reason for not increasing the funds.

They have money to invest and i wouldn’t be surprised to see considerably better funding made available for new regions under their own control,this is the key!

Probably be difficult time for the teams over the next few years, would likely be a mix of youngsters and overseas talent and experience while the pool of welsh players with international ambitions trickles back from the rebel regions.

Roger Lewis is buisness man and his main focus is the WRU making profit so it makes sense to let the regions go if they are bad for buisness.
I don’t think he gives a hwt about 150 years of rugby tradition.

It is expensive but depends on were you eat,they have Mc donalds and burger king and the prices are probably 30 % more.
A glass of beer can vary anything between £6 and £10.
There is some football bars in Bergen that have cheaper beer.

Taxis are expensive so it best to take the bus from the Airport.
Some of the hotel rooms have cookers so you can go to local supermarkets and make your own food.
Supermarket is Rema 1000.

Wi-Fi in the airport and the hotels is free so that is a positive,they also have brollies and some have bikes you can borrow.

The morning fish market at Strandkaien(quayside) is good were they sell live fish.
All around the Strandkaien there is some good pubs and restaurantS,the Egon has nice food but be prepared to have a big wallet as it’s very expensive.
Most people use cards for payment,taxi beer and food.
It’s a lovely city and very friendly,weather wise it rains a lot,they have on average 260 days of rain a year.
They have so much rain they even sell it there! :D
But if the sun comes out it’s truly amazing place.

Who would centrally contacted players play for?

WRU are still contracted to play in the Rabo for 2 more years,if the regions jump ship then the WRU are obligated to have teams play in the league so they need to form new teams for this.
These new teams will have the players on central contracts to keep them in Wales.
This is what the WRU want all along.
Word on the street is there will be 3 new regions east,west and north,so a strong possibility there might not be an Ospreys team if this goes ahead,Kerdiff Scalies and Newport will be in the premier and the new regions in the rabo.

It’s also possible that the regions will sign the new agreement with the wru for another 5 years.

Don’t think it will be plain sailing for the current regions as they will loose funding from the WRU.
They could struggle and if the WRU can entice some of the players to central contracts it could get very messy indeed.
It all depends on the deal they get in the premiership if they manage to get one that is.

Anyway it’s clear RR in Wales is struggling so something has to change,interesting times ahead.

The frame is based on a Norton featherbed but you can fit a Harley or Buell engine in it.

Seems Regional Rugby in Wales is terminal unless they join the EPL.
If the English will have them that is!
Maybe that’s what WRU want,they could then set up new regions with central contracts same as Ireland.
They would then be fully under WRU control and i read somewhere that it could be just 3 regions, North,East and West.
My Guess is they will play at PYS West,Rodney Parade East and Parc Eirias North.
I for one welcome this change,we need to keep the best players in Wales,central contracts is the only way to go.
The infighting between the current regions and WRU is a joke and will kill the game in Wales.

Been night riding at CYB with my 5 yr old son a couple of times,quick spin down the Minotour track,he thinks it’s cool.
There is mobile coverage and i live 10 mins away so i know the place well and we have a lot of Lumen onboard :D

Just a few injuries and they have to drag them out of the academy to play.:-)
It’s a constant struggle for strength in depth.

This one works well.
