^^ Very nice. We have a few Star Wars models already.
I’ve been having a mental debate with myself for some time about whether I should spend £400 on a Lego Death Star…..

At the moment, Transformers seems to be where it’s at.

Do it, do it, do it!

I swapped the brakes and fitted some wider bars to mine, and it’s now awesome.

I haven’t watched much cbeebies recently as my child now prefers CBBC, but the fit one armed bird was always a favourite.
Does anyone know if she’s still going?

Good time for a big lad.
Are you running outside or on a treadmill?

    EDIT- read your post sorry….
Start running outside- it is different as the ground isn’t moving beneath you.
    And it feels awesome!

Actually, you’ll both be fine but expect it to be more like Alton Towers than rural Wales.

A friend of mine had one with 100k on the clock and full service history, and it was nothing but trouble.
He had the injectors replaced (£2000), new turbo (£1000) and it was constantly in the garage with electrical niggles.

I agree that coed-y-B has some good trails, but it loses points because it gets so busy.
It’s like the Alton towers of trail centres.
Because of that, I shall not name my favourites.

Bikes belong in the house anyway (unless you’re under the thumb), but that neighbour sounds dodgy.

I like the ‘snorgtees’ adverts, but mostly only seem to get boiler adverts, electric toothbrushes and giffgaff…

I’m also doing the snowdonia marathon later this year.

Take your time, build up gradually, don’t over do it.

Runnersworld is good for training plans.

-Running with/without music are 2 very different things- introspective/outrospective experiences. I prefer no music by the way, and meditating on whatever has been happening etc.

-Start slowly, don’t build up your distance or your speed too drastically.

-If you have to take time off due to injury or illness, start slowly or you WILL have to take MORE time off.

Take a look at the Celestron Astromaster 130 EQ.
I bought one for my boy (partly for myself :-) ) for xmas, and it is excellent.
I am a beginner, it is a great bit of kit and fuels your interest.
    Great value for money.

Or disposed of it safely, WTF?!

Beefheart’s pic is a deer maybe?

I’m pretty sure it’s a sheep (that’s wool next to it, not snow).

The thing is, it wasn’t there the day before, so it was killed and licked clean overnight. 8O

Possibly not big cat related, but I saw this a couple of weeks ago on my local trails!

It’s what I can only describe as a zombie kangaroo skeleton monster.
