When mine was 2, he helped himself to 2 entire cucumbers out of the fridge.
    I was well impressed.

I’ve been using senditnow.com safely for years.
£12 for a bike delivered anywhere in the UK.
It gets collected by Royal Mail, delivered by Royal Mail, and it is cheaper than Royal Mail.

Definitely going to be boggy in places.
Lots of standing water this morning, and a spattering of hail.

How very Daily Mail of you.
    He’s got to work somewhere.

Well how very pro-paedophile of you.
Why couldn’t he be employed somewhere people don’t pay a premium to take their families to?
    Anywhere on an industrial estate?

What would you be afraid of, exactly?

    Maybe it’s just me?

Let’s all invite a convicted paedophile round for Christmas dinner with the family and see how we get on!

Through my line of work I know that some people will never change, despite the good intentions of every Guardian reader out there…..

There’s a big fancy hotel near us that employs ex offenders. I know this because I know both of the lads they’ve employed. The hotel actively encourages the prison I work in to ‘produce’ (for want of a better term) decent, qualified chefs through the catering course that our prison offers.
    Good thing I say.

There are ex-offenders and there are ex-offenders. Some people will never rehabilitate.
I’m all for giving people a chance, but, if an ‘ex offender’ convicted of child rape, cooked my food in a restaurant and was within reach of me and my family, I would really not be happy.
Would you take your family there, safely in the knowledge that the system had ‘rehabilated’ them, being confident they were now decent members of society?
The fact that this guy was put on the sex offenders register INDEFINITELY and told he could not be around children alone would pretty much put me off eating there.

I think what’s worrying here is he sought employment at an establishment named Fifteen.

    Night driving with no lights.

Hands up who’s done that, just to see what it’s like?

You just have to hope you don’t meet someone coming the other way doing the same thing.

(My hand is up too 😳 )

Maybe holding onto a mate’s car on my bike when I was 17. He told me we did 60mph.

Or maybe driving a van full of party go-ers back to a road, along miles of precarious remote forest tracks before I had a driving licence, and so intoxicated I was barely able to see. (It’s OK, it wasn’t a public road!).

I’m looking to build something similar.
What did you use to design it?
Is the floor just plywood, and is there a wall of plywood against the house?

A good one of these is a fine lunch on a Wintery day.

Surely that thing is upside down?

Remove the bed, turn your shed into the spare room, and have the ‘spare’ room as a dedicated man cave.
    Everybody’s happy!

Something at that price from BMW or Mercedes will probably get expensive in the long run.
Having owned an MX5 and a Clio 182, I would recommend both.
Both were equally reliable, but I would probably choose the Clio over the MX5 for practicality.

Mountain equipment xero- toasty warm and packs light.
I’ve had one for a few years, and would recommend it.
Down from £240 to 160 at Cotswold outdoor.

How about a Nissan Skyline GTR as your new rep mobile?

Don’t mind the oiss taking, makes me smile if nothing else! Will see what doc says on Monday, I’d rather not have to take pills if I can avoid it so will look into other ways, and there’s no way I’m sitting at home in my pants and let this get the better of me..

Good lad. Glad you didn’t mind the piss taking (as some sensitive souls have suggested).
I drive around 20k miles each year, and often can’t remember certain stretches of my journey.
You go into auto pilot as it becomes second nature on long journeys- nothing to worry about.

I’m trying to buy my old fashioned bike frame back from who I sold it to 2 years ago- but he wants 3x what I sold it to him for 2 years ago! 🙁

Makes me want to just say bollocks to it and buy a new frame!
I’m still kind of tempted though, but I know the guys a greedy bastard.

Hope it works out for you Pondo.
I’m in the middle of a pothole claim myself, in which 2 of my tyres exploded at once in a huge local pothole.
I just emailed how it happened etc, provided garage receipts, and after quite a few weeks, I have been told it has been passed to their insurance department.
I wouldn’t have bothered, but it was a windy road, and the potholes reached out into both sides of the road making them unavoidable in the dark, even at slow speeds.
I didn’t bother asking for costs for damage to suspension- just the 2 burst tyres, so I hope they follow through!
Interestingly, the potholes were fixed within 3 days of me emailing pictures of the potholes.
