If it’s a bayonet type fitting you can do it, if not get someone corgi registered.
Have a look at some how to youtube videos to see what they look like.

    It’s a cakewalk.
What’s the worst that could happen?

Mr OS- sounds like what you need is some form of carer’s support.
    Have you looked into this?
There are organisations out there who offer help to carers who are undergoing stress etc- Carers UK and Carers Trust being the main 2.

Probably this- still listen to it today.

I also had this on repeat for about 3 years in my teens, much to the annoyance of all those around me.

Mine get loud when failure is imminent.
Then it’s a case of clean and oil the springs and they’re silent again.

I would also add get vet insurance, as in its first year it had an operation on it’s eye and it’s leg totalling about £4000!

They are lovely dogs but doesn’t sound like what you’re looking for.
My Mum has one- they do get knackered on long long walks, but are still (well hers is) super enthusiastic and smiley.
I can confirm the one I’ve known has been brilliant with my boy- super friendly and smiley, and very playful.
Not supposed to like water or to be able to swim either, but my mum’s happily jumps in lakes and rivers all the time.
A ‘companion’ dog is what they’re bred for.
Very clever too- and can understand many words.

Goddam it, that was so good.

Everything I hoped it would be.

Long may it continue, this is brilliant!
Normally it’s below freezing, but currently in Mid Wales it’s about 14 degrees (at night!) and I haven’t bothered with any heating.
    But goddam the constant rain….

I too have one, albeit not the same as Beefheart’s. Mine has a UK style plug with fuse, Samsung battery, and confirmation from the seller that it has passed testing, together with a SGS test cert from SGS China.

I suppose technically all those things could be faked too…..

Would trading standards be able to advise if they’ve tested from this seller?

Would SGS confirm that they have tested the boards on behalf of the supplier (the Cert has a reference number and name)

I’d suggest opening it up and looking at the battery.
    Does yours make sparkles?
Not sure Trading Standards can do anything if the seller is from China.

Easy enough to get to the battery- 10 screws and I’m in.

Looks like they haven’t even bothered to fake the battery- looks a cheap Chinese one, not a genuine Samsung.

Time to email ebay, as not as described.

Cats will happily sleep on a piping hot radiator that’s too hot to touch.

That’s because they come from the fiery pits of hell.

    What is this free?

My employer this year announced we won’t get a christmas bonus, and we’ll have to pay for the xmas meal.
    Not many attended.

NOt something silly like a leaking water main is it? (seeing as it only started a few weeks ago)

I will investigate, as water main is in same place.
I only really noticed it in the last few weeks, since the gas meter started malfunctioning.

Waterproofing slurry concrete sounds like my best bet.
It is something I’d like to get sorted, as I don’t want it spreading to the house.
It seems to be coming in all over really, as there are sections where there is missing concrete leaving a jagged aggregate type surface- which is allowing it to pour straight through.

Would a liberal application of the waterproofing slurry stuff do the job?
I might be able to dry it with a heater and dehumidifier, IF it ever stops raining…

The problem is, the top side of the roof is the path leading to the front door- so treatment will have to be made to the underside/ceiling.

    Absolutely.
I used to run 5 miles per day, until 8 months ago when I had ankle ligament damage.
Yesterday I ran again for the first time in 8 months!
And I felt great. If that’s all you can do, do it.
It’s also a good way to get out and about in the elements without having to get your nice bike gear mudded up in the filthy British weather.

What’s the deal with this? Can I just bag them up and dump them at a charity shop?

Even crappy clothes which can’t be sold have a value, as they are sold by weight to be recycled.
    So dump away!
