mine always do this though they are 12 years old, good tip. Take the outside end cap off and fill the space with thick grease, put the end cap on and tighten back up with an allen key. This forces grease through the pedal asssembly. Dirty grease will push out from the crank end. Repeat until the grease that comes out is clean. I run 2 sets and on average this last about 1-2 years before they loosen, i think the grease fills the gaps. Never changed the bearings or bushes in either set.

No. I bought a Samsung one from ebay, the packaging, printing and visual quality was first class. If you think you could spot a fake you wouldnt spot this, holograms on the packaging etc. 3 months later half of the photos were grey boxes. I contacted Samsung and they requested a photo from the back of it. They advised me that they could not help as it was fake.

I’ve been through loads of boots through the years from all the best brands. The best boots by far have been my Palladium Pampa Hi waterproof. I picked them up for £50 3 years ago, they are really light still waterproof enough to walk in the sea and look near new. If they are good enough for the French foreign legion then they are good enough for me.

The key to iding them is that spiders are not generally shiny. If you shine a light on them they will be shiny. I would be worried about them, a gardener i know was bitten by one and spent 3 days having his leg drained. The hospital said it was the 5th incident that week. Their numbers are on the rise hugely…

All sorted now thanks, ive hung them vertically behind the front door in our hallway, this area was filled with about 30 coats and about 900 pairs of shoes, these are now in the toilet/cloakroom stored on shelves and hooks, amazing the space that female attire takes up, just off for a wee…

Hmm, the shed is solid enough with a tiled roof but the door is pretty flimsy, think I might look into sorting the door out, anyone use those locks that go right across the door?….no utility room unfortunately but the kitchen ceiling is really high..

depends on wheel size really, 20 -30 miles on old technology is good but I find on a new 650b im probably managing 50 miles of “trail alive” time as opposed to 20 – 30 miles in old money….

    beanieripper

tosh… ignore all the advice above. lobby your local mp for a new 26.75″ wheel size… it really will make the trail come right alive..

The thing is, the tyres don’t cost upwards of £45. Im using a maxxis ust rear that was £20 and a wire bead maxxis on the front that was £10, no burping or punctures in 1 year…

why do you want a lt carbon ht…? The fact that the market doesn’t cater for you (much) implies you might have unusual/wrong ideas about what you want and what you want the bike to do……
