Very happy with both 661 d30 ones and my Troy Lee knee shin combos fit and forget on both fronts.

Another thing of note is fishers only give you a 30% crash replacement discount and that’s the max as I’ve just found out.
Not a big issue for me as it did its job well and I walked away from a nasty crash.
I will just go to crc and buy another cheaper in there sale so I’m ok with that.

Hi buddy not tryed the feature but from experience giro seem to fit all the same older xen and newer xar and I’m a medium. The medium Troy Lee fits pretty much on par slightly heavy going by giro models mentioned but other than that fit and forget very much like the giro’s and certainly does its job in a crash situation as I found out about 10 days ago helmet side is smashed but my noggin is A1 ok

Hi just wondering what size frame you’d be looking at???

What about Easton arc rims or wheels??
I’ve just got a set f rims o hope hubs! Only a few rides on them but seem pretty robust. Once taped maxxis tyres went on easy enough tubeless and they do seem stiff to me any way.
Think there 475g for a 27.5 rim in 27mm internal width.

Can’t comment on the chipped collar bone. But when I did my ac joint about 6/8 weeks quit a lot of discomfort from ligaments stretching to accommodate etc. Rest, stretching and I went and saw a sports injury guy after about a month a few times to keep the muscles released that certain.y speeded my recovery up.
Good luck there. Mind you I think this is going to take a fair while!!! As it’s the third time I’ve broken my ribs and this seems by far the worse pain and movement wise! So recon I’ve done something else in there. Guess I’m going to have to wait and see and just keep my arm moving the little it will and hope it improves gradually

Gotta say if the soda is doing the job ok then most shorter travel bikes will be a good move. Depending on budget and of cause wheel size options! 650b being my preferd size I’d look at!
    not in order.
    Orange,four
    Transition,scout
    Intense,spider 275
    Giant,anthem SE
    Canondale,habit
    Banshee,spitfire (more travel)

    Good luck and enjoy

A lrg production privee if you can find one is long and low.
It’s the new crush that’s long and low and 60b of cause.
Also worth a thought the new versions of the privee are both 26 and 27.5 with rear adaptions so a bit of future proofing there.

You might start dropping the chain off more on stuff! Which my broken ribs can attest to from last year

Orange crush, production privee oka with second hand parts should come in around £1500

Guess your first port of call would be to phone/email upgrade to see if they have them or even do it for 26inch fork versions! Then ask for your local dealer and go from there.

I used very fine grade wire wool on my to frames when o had one. Workers a treat and keeps the satin look to them to.

I’ve not done that on a bike! But I have done it with the lace/eye hook interface while sitting crossed legged with my feet on the table at work, pretty much same thing quick jump up go to walk and straight down on my face

I’d have thought so but it does sound like it I had 2 that did it and fishers sorted them within a week no issues.
    So that’s good.

Sounds like the known warranty issue that was going around from about 2012. It’s a free warranty replacement with fishers the importers via your local bike store.

2.2k back in 06 on a dekerf TI implant. Worst money I spent finish was beyond poor had to get the seat tube reemed out due to poor finish and the bottom bracket was finished of down to 63mm. Once sorted rode great but very tarnished purchase by the end could wait to sell it on.

Oka is 120 to 140 but shan is actually 150 to 160 travel.
Both are 26 and 27.5 compatable.

No spares I’m afraid sorry. But most bike shops deal with fishers who bring troy lee in,so just go local for them. 0r if that’s not an option D&d cycles order with them most weeks and are happy to post out. 01243 698689 good coup,e of guys to deal with.
Pads are about £15 I think as I got some about 7weeks ago.
