?! You don’t? Why ever not? I have to take extra! (unpaid). . Would love to be able to surf And do that DH race at Reunion

Always working shifts, bit of planning & shift swapping usually means 3/4/5days off on a regular basis & work pt which usually involves digging jumps & playing oily stuff & engines – what i’d do in my spare time anyway.

But getting the learning to dive somewhere for a few months itch

Similar story as a student. My flat was opposite 4 god-bothering art students who liked their early nights & very early singing sessions.

Luckily I had my Marshall avt50 with me. Used to leave my music on nights out often not returning til morning. QOTSA, wham, abc & primus were their favorites 😈

Ah apologies if you were on mtb, all is forgiven!
    pics of said retro bikes?

Good point with roadies being more organised & strict but most I know ride for a gain, target, time or event. Seldom it seems that many just go for a ride & see where they might end up

That and cycling seems to be the main hobby or with little else on the side whereas with the mtb folk there’s other main hobbies/obsessions

With binners here, nothing worse than a road ride, beyond dull. Very dull. Really dull.

Easier to clean me mtb than me road bike after picking up all the grime from the road too, don’t know where thats come from

ffs, most of us ride bikes for fun, if the weathers crap we’ll find something else to do & there’s more to life than riding/training etc

Usually refrain from this topics as ‘someone’ usually pipes up to take the piss 🙄

If he’s stimming from the credits & music usually a sign.

But blokes are funny creatures, i’m sure most of us show similar tendencies – tool boards, woodpiles, immaculate sheds etc 😀

Anyway, work with some very severely people on the spectrum – teaching them to speak, interact etc – but i work in behavioral intervention, autism partnership & Peach ABA

so imo 2 years is definitely not too early for a diagnosis, the vast majority i have worked with have had a early diagnosis.

email in profile if i need it too

I love mine, no particular plan as such. Stick a cd on & listen to the end. Go fast, go slow, go hard etc. Use it 4 or 5 days a week. Usually before tea or breakfast is best

Unless your racing up hills/ride infrequently etc then do it! Your set-up will cover you for most riding.

The only time I’ve missed the granny ring is after xmas or breaks from riding, knees & fitness soon catch up.

    Plus 1×9/1×10 looks cool

1×9 33fr 34rr – struggle on really techy steep stuff but more down to fitness.
