Check out the complete thin lizzy peel sessions – plenty of download floating about. IMO better than live & dangerous – earlier material and storming versions of black boys around the corner & little girl in bloom

My old GP used to be ace. The past two just take what they see in front of them and shoe my away. Oh your riding bikes you must be ok. Ignoring the fact that I’m weak as a kitten barely able to stay awake & often failing asleep in the waiting room & in their surgery.

Yet when I had a mole on me arse I’d had an appointment in two days and it was removed within 4 days : )

CTD is the crap, turd & dire settings. The weight of a ccdb air is like 200gr init?

Be happy with that stuff on me socks & arse.

I know! But to be fair, I could get to my point in a few seconds – ‘had me blood taken, I have a haemoglobin count of 4 I feel crap’ I was out of the door in less than a minute. Completely dismissed me on the basis I rode me bike in and riding on a regular basis. Thank **** for A&E.

After waiting weeks to see my GP and booking a double appointment, he put me on a timer saying you’ve got a minute get to the point : (

    Balls.

Avoid – fence posts, nettles, brambles, holly bushes.

Plastic pedals and decent riding shoes – but not 5-10s find them far too grippy – nike 6.0 are spot on imo

Really not a fan of the CTD stuff atm, maybe it’ll improve 2014.

If money works out a rocket will be me next bike. 😀

I’d run it with 55 rc3’s up front with a CCDB air

Not had much luck with the rf rings with a clutch mech & top guide, lost the chain a lot on continued rocky dh’s and almost every time I got airborne.

Not since Xmas, trails have too good. My tv is still in its box but do miss mythbusters/deadliest catch & the history channel.

After 2 years of being clumsy & a similar weight I’ve just had to break out the spoke key also tubeless!

Pop the wheel out give the lever a few squeezes so the pistons sit slightly more proud off the calipers than before, keep trying til the lever/brake feels sharp again

Wouldn’t be wasting your time at all, there’s big and small & plenty of scope to progress. If not just go up with a few beers & take it easy, the woods still give me the willies

Also going to go against the grain here – deore ftw. Replaced my 300 hope set up & never looked back! Also find that I rarely brake now as the deore’s can stop me on a sixpence.

As long as it’s day light and not too dull car drivers should be able to see you.

Tarmac is black, in anything but clear daylight on clear roads, without tress, hedges is black slightly noticeable.

Should be able to see you & noticing you two different things I’d say.

+ swapping leading legs to spread the pain. Used to wear full shin pads but then they’d just **** me in the back on the legs!

I’ve converted my 160 talas into floats. Best thing for them, thought I’d die without talas but really don’t need it, the floats sit well into their travel anyway

1 death in our old house & chap across the road died when he decided to cut down a tree with a stihl saw thing with the guard off – went through one thigh & almost through the other

Ages. 2 years for me Danny Mac freeriders – just don’t wash them in a washing machine and you’ll be reet. Wear them almost everyday only after 15 months or so has the sole starting to get chewed up.

My sombrio’s just seem crap compared – not as stiff, less grip & protection but they do dry quicker
