Looking good, even better with no fork decal though… Looks a lot of fun, how are the big tyres?

I’m looking to get an easier climbing gear, the easier the better! I would also be interested in real world clutch destroyers or is it another myth?!

That railway is really nice and big teddy is a good shout.

Why bother? Because otherwise he will wonder why his brother is getting all the presents! He doesn’t fully understand the process, but he likes toys, usually whatever his brother is playing with.

Nice, but destickering the fork and mudguard is definitely in order.

Have to agree with joe, the freerider ELC are probably a great shoe, but what eejit decided to design them for the seven year old market? They would probably be a huge seller in black and grey, black and red, black and blue…

We had a change of heart on the ashes, luckily it wasn’t too late to change our minds.

I’m first downstairs in the morning and stroke the fleecey throw she would be lying on, I think I may be doing that for some time.

Loved the idea of a pet cemetary, but it is too late for that. Sorry for your loss cardo, I am regretting not bringing the ashes home now.

There are a number, we will have to have a family discussion to choose the favourite.

We didn’t take her ashes as my wife wasn’t keen, otherwise that would have worked.

The lantern would have been perfect, but I’m not willing to litter or risk another animals health.

Thanks for that 4310, a candle and a toast could work.

I did actually think of that Nick, she was part mastiff and part seal, absolutely loved to swim and loved the water.

Looking at all these answers it must depend who you speak to at Bird, I’m 5’11” and rode a large TR, perfect for me with a 40mm stem.

I assumed Narcos would be pants without Pablo, but by episode two I had pretty much forgotten about him.

After Narcos I got into designated survivor, surprisingly addictive, but gave up on Peaky Blinders.

I do wonder if making the frame weights more visible would affect sales and that is why companies are often less than transparent?!

I actually meant to put this on my frame weight thread, but nevermind.

Rorscach, just looking for perspective without tralling through the net for information. This being STW I would be surprised if nobody had done a spreadsheet.

I know what you mean Trimix, that is my usual method, I’m just very time poor these days, even more so with the nights drawing in.

    Is BPW better than Stiniog?

Not better, just different, much more variation and the opportunity to actually have dirt under your wheels if you want to. Also BPW has plenty of trees, it is nice to ride open and rocky, but I love a bit of woodland too.

I guess it depends what you want the bike for? Personally I think 130mm is the sweet spot for a hardtail like that.

I’m 5’11” and feel much happier on a large tr with 40mm stem and 785mm bars, can’t remember who I spoke to, but large is what they recommended for me and it was perfect.

I think it really depends on how you position your feet on the pedals, it was never an issue for me, even with my size eleven feet. Mine was the AM version.

As above, fine for cheap kids bikes, but my bikes have an asgard.
