After a holiday where I did a lot of walking I noticed a big change in my cycling riding/fitness.

So now every week I go for a brisk (read sweat running down my neck at half way distance) walk twice a week (just over an hour) and I really notice more leg strength with my cycling at weekends.

Used to see and hear all sorts when out nighr watching when working as a gamekeeper. 99.9% of the time you could put it down to local wildlife or very localised weather conditions but now and agaiin the hairs on the back of your neck would go up, or you though you saw somethingb in the moonlight.

Being in the middle of a 1000 acre block of forest with the fog decending and a badger crashing through the woods towards you is queit an unnerving experience.

There was one old barn that had a tale of a headless horseman ( middle of no where) which TBH at 2am in a morning on foot i used to give a wide berth.

I’m recording inspection information off site and thinking of a quicker / better way of doing it.

Currently all done in excel spreadsheets then dragged on to the network when I get back to the office, not the best way of doing thing by any stretch of the imagination. :?

Prefer it live TBH as going forward another individual may be doing the task and I could do with monitoring it from wherever I am in the UK.

Ideally want a WYSIWYG Application for the development.

Buy Lightroom because if you in a Windows environment and not using Lightroom you need slapping with a wet fish. :D

I’m about to start editing 1346 image taken at Oulton Park in Lightroom I’ll be done in an 1 – 1 1/2 hours Photoshop it would take days! Just saying :-)

Ambleside round Loughrigg Fell along the side of Loughrigg Tarn then back down Loughrigg Terrace 6 miles.

Start with the steep climb above the town (tarmac road) then once that is out of the way very easy under foot, stop over looking the Tarn to have a butty then back via Loughrigg Terrace.

Nice walk, nice views. Taken a few dates on it when there hill walking skills have been a bit dubious you could do it in trainers TBH :D

I think.its just what your used too if you work in a factory building site etc its just normal every day conversation a posh office less so, maybe?

Ours was a little different as the 1st and 2nd years were in one building and 3,4,5 in another.

The lower building was an old Victorian place where A) never get caught in the outside toilets by 2nd years and B) NEVER go into the cloak rooms full stop! They were in a cellar area very dark and dodgy.

The 2nd years were complete bunch of psychos TBH random violence, on a daily bases and even some of the girls were not to be messed with!! Most of these were all know to the local police.
Yearsty beats were a rights of passage and we all were bloody terrified for the first couple of months.

Pay back came when we ended up in the upper building as 3rd years , psychos were 4 and unbeknown to them my cus and his mates in the 5th they started the same shit again as we moved up to the next building until one tried gripping me one day and found themselves up off the floor held by the throat lol. Never got bother again :D

Last time I heard some of those nut jobs had been done for, murder, rape, topped themselves, became drug dealers TBH I’m not surprised.

I’m sure internet bulling is not very pleasant at all but I think back in the day they really were some proper nut jobs about.
