And then a rear facing seat, the rear facing seat required the front s e at to be moved forward to get it in

One big thing no-one has mentioned is seating arrangements.
Older ones may have three seats in front, middle one pretty rubbish with a lap belt.
Pre puma rear seats don’t have high back and middle seat is lap belt, puma have three seats with three point belts
Load space seats, my 2000 csw had benches for six, newer ones option of two front facing

Well had it for weekend.
Transit engine and 6 speed gearbox seems good, certainly could live with it whereas I had to get the td 5 remapped
Heater works well compared to td 5
There was a shelf across the seat boxes in the back.
Kit below and had two bikes with a wheel off in back
Lockable sliding drawer would be a good trick
I’d also put the spare wheel on a carrier to free up space
Back seat cramped though, kids are six months, three and six so all in child seats and we really struggled to get them in

Wondering if rear seats in a csw are any better

Fully rigid teaches them skills.
They just need something light, islabike ideal.
See all sorts of bikes when we do the kids coaching.

Cx race courses fairly tame.
Mtb races in the summer tend to have tougher courses.
My lad finished 3rd, that’s him in green hoody and orange helmet diving up the inside.
Just great to see them all having fun, even the three year olds on balance bikes.

Yes true nickc, band 2 means everything has to be done for 50.50 whether one filling or 32 fillings and root treatments. Price only goes up to band 3 if dentures crowns or lab work required

I had our club kids out today and was in charge of the 6-10 year olds. Islabikes were much lighter than the others.
It showed, kids were notas tired, found climbs easier and was even noticeable on the flat.
Watch ebay a while, a 20″ islabike finishing on a Sunday evening where the origin a l box is in the picture could well be making 250, they are 299 New.

Painkillers ibuprofen as first choice supplemented by paracetamol if necessary. Check you have no contraindications to either.
Check out of hours in your area, you may get to phone an out of hours centre who may see you or will be able to fax a prescription for antibiotics to your local pharmacy.

In terms of antibiotics amoxicillin as first choice metronidazole as second choice.

Alcohol – May interfere with absorption of antibiotic meaning it doesn’t work as well. Metronidazole is different, it has a similar reaction to antabuse which is given to alcoholics and will make you very sick.
