    Those beaches look stunning
Thing is we are pretty well off for excellent beaches living on the north coast of Ireland

Yip I had the howling moon too, great job when camping in Spain to keep sun off.
Kept rain off in Scotland too
Consider whether likes of a pop up gazebo or Coleman awning would be better
    Also check decathlon

    Did mine in June.
Advice was to get it moving as soon as possible.
    I used these
    http://www.summitmedicalgroup.com/library/adult_health/sma_radial_head_fracture_exercises/
Happened just over 2 weeks before family holiday to morzine, went out on road bike after 3 weeks but struggled hanging on and braking going downhill , by end of the following week I managed mtb ride with the wee lad.
Back at work after 5 weeks, dentist
Still slightly achy but seems to hepave full strength and movement

    Out yesterday.
Wee man enjoyed the greens around the top of zore and ventured onto some of blues.
Then headed down to lindarets as suggested but he found that quite a step up from the greens and blues in terms of rockiness and steepness in places.
Ended up just going back up lindarets chairlift and mucking about on the avoriaz trails gain.
    Top day!

Sitting looking at 2 piste maps here
2016 one has the run from top of mossettes around lac vert and chesery down to lindarets
2017 shows the route running down towards les crosets alongside mossettes Suisse
Take it on the ground the 1st route is easily found?

Yes anker are good but you mention car camping
Why not just charge off car?
Also the option of one of the larger booster packs which can also jump start a car

Simple awning rail doesn’t work with my roof bars
Others work out more expensive and more obvious
There’s one that does bolt below roof rack but they won’t post to NI or anywhere else at the minute having checked

Awning rail that bolts in to bolts for roof rack reasonably cheap

I always just look up martin Lewis website to choose cards
Currently have an Asda card for shopping there as you get points
    Halifax clarity for abroad
Post office as backup for abroad
Tesco for using in Tesco to collect points for Tesco vouchers which then double in value as evans vouchers

Paul’s right with the quoted 1% but X-ray or scan may change the percentage risk.

    Things I appreciate in mine

    Wifi
    Plenty electric sockets
Workbench with kitchen cupboards above as storage
    Led strip lighting
Air compressor – mine is twin outlet so retractable cable reel at door for car tyre pressures, other outlet at bench. Air gun very useful for blowing crap out of cassettes etc
    Beer fridge
    Good stereo
    TV
    Burglar alarm
    Foam matting on floor
    Pegboard behind workbench
Bench grinder- grinder and a wire brush wheel
    Good quality vice

What I would really like is a sink and running water. Thought an old Belfast sink with garden tap above would be ideal

There a risk of having nerve damage after.
Basically it will feel like the anaesthetic hasn’t worn off.
Experienced surgeon will advise on risk having looked at proximity of tooth to the nerve on X-ray.

Metronidazole – yes has an unpleasant reaction with alcohol

Try using hot salt mouthwash, water as hot as tea/coffee with a teaspoon of salt
Hold it in mouth over infected tooth

    Ibuprofen preferable to paracetamol

I have a set of these
    http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/inka-tailored-seat-covers?_trksid=p2047675.l2559
Had about a year of muddy mtb abuse, kids spilling stuff although no dogs
Still reasonably waterproof, have been washed a few times, next time I might nikwax them.
Well fitting and have remained so

Guess it’s in the name,, sauce to eat with goose? Lol

Made ice cream with them once which was quite nice.
We had a red gooseberry bush and the fruit was sweeter.
