When you say it has yellowed in places what do you mean?
If knotting was not used on any knots present in the timber then the resin will come through as yellow marks
    As in picture below

That’s probably best website for routes
    http://www.cycleni.com/52/coast-road/
Part of my suggested route on there
Belfast to Larne then coast road from Larne up to ballycastle then continue round coast to ballintoy giants Causeway Bushmills then Portrush.
If taking train it’s a branch line from Portrush to Coleraine where you change train to go to Belfast so may be easier Cycling up to Coleraine to get the train. You would need to check with NI railways regarding taking bikes as I’ve never done it

Alternative cycle would be south from Belfast taking in strangford Lough

I’ve done lap the Lough which is a Sportive around Lough neagh, not a lot of scenery to be honest. There aren’t great views around the Lough, it’s just a vast expanse of water. Lot of the route is through areas such as the airport and the industrial areas and sand quarries on the edge of the Lough.

I’d recommend you do the Antrim coast road, Cycle from Belfast finishing at Portrush. Take a couple of days at it then get train from Portrush back to Belfast.

I’ll post up some websites in a minute but feel free to pm me. Give me more of an idea what you are looking for as well. Challenging hills? Pub? Tourist attractions?

Optician = medical professional so cannot release info to anyone
Dirksdiggler yes that can be a problem, relatives get annoyed when we can’t give out info.
I seem to remember a case a few years ago where a wife phoned to enquire about her husbands dental appointment to be told he hadn’t been seen in ages. Turns out he had told her of quite a few appointments when he was actually having an affair. He successfully sued the dentist…..

Some of the drugs in that kit are prescription only medicines, you need a consultation with a doctor before getting them?????

I always found SP services good for first aid stuff

    Weight loss can help.
However the reason more men than women snore is that men tend to put on weight around the neck whereas women put it on their bum. Fat neck equals narrow airway so more likely to snore.

First thing to rule out in the possibility of sleep apnea so google epworth sleep scale and get that filled in, if sleep apnea suspected then GP referral to local sleep clinic.

If simple snoring then a dentist with some knowledge of snoring can help, also watch for sudden onset snoring as potential could be some sort of growth blocking the airway.

I’m a dentist, not sure if any of the above are…..
I’d suggest a visit to Hygienist/dentist for a clean first, I get a lot of staining from red wine and coffee, whitening toothpaste has little effect but a good professional clean helps.
At that point if you still wish the teeth whiter then carbamide peroxide whitening in a tray supplied by a dentist
    Careful what you google
Some excellent advice on this site

Interdental brushes and an electric toothbrush.
Then a Hygienist appointment and take them along and get them to show you how to use them.

    Mouthwash, well I don’t bother.
May be of som3 benefit if used at a different time from toothbrushing.
Corsodyl/chlorhexidine tends to stain your teeth brown.
Would also suggest spitting toothpaste out and not rinsing.

Another dentist. Sold my Santa Cruz but I do have a T5…

Is pain affected by hot and cold things?
    Sore to bite on?
    Constant throbbing or electric shock?
Anything make it better or worse?
    Any swelling?
    Bad taste?

Different things cause toothache and each requires different treatment.
Clove oil may work for example on nerve pain, but not on infection
