If it was a simple recement crown I’d normally just stick it on again and not charge the patient, doesn’t take much time to do and worth it to retain goodwill.

Probably isn’t though as I’d have done that when she came in, if she needs another appointment it may be that the tooth is broken below and it needs posts placed or a core built up again.

Should ask why it failed, what needs fixed and what you are paying for.

If it was a back tooth root treatment and crown for several hundred quid was it NHS or private, if only 200 quid probably NHS and to be honest its not really profitable to do….

These problems arise because of poor communication, either dentist doesn’t tell patient or patient doesn’t listen then they end up complaining about the cost

Can often do a root treatment withouth anaesthetic if nerve of tooth is dead.
If a nerve is very heavily inflammed sometimes the anaesthetic doesn’t work as well which is probably why there are some horror stories about root canals.

Regarding the syringe dental anaesthetic comes in a glass cartridge which is placed in the metal gun and the needle attached to the end.
Needle would be similar to that stuck on the end of a plastic syringe.

    PS I’m a dentist

Well I thought it was easy compared to spiral but then my endurance is better than my sprinting

If purely for lights then consider some sort of battery job. Possibly 1 of those power packs for cars and run 12 volt lights off them, can also be used to jump start a car.

If needing to do other jobs involving power tools then get a generator.

Gen handy as well for camping trips etc

Looked at the podium rims and it states a max pressure of 30 odd psi, haven’t tried using tubesless yet and have always run my tyres at much higher pressures so not sure about using the lower pressures.

Think its the 20 minute section in the middle makes hunted boring.
Would def recommend angels to begin
Yes can get a bit warm, I either use in the garage or conservatory with a few windaes open

Bought one and found it incredibly boring.
Watching videos etc doesn’t help, keep stopping at the exciting bits.
Then I discovered Sufferfest videos, they really keep me interested.
Would advise something like Angels or the Hunted first.
My 1st was Angels, next was downward spiral, found it much harder.

    I use several.

Everyone giving recommendations here and it depends on how long you are out for.

How many litres of fluid do you need and how much kit do you need to carry?

A 1 hour spin is totally different to a full day out in the hills

I always washed stuff in bio then when i started mtb I started getting 100’s of wee spots after a cycle. It was Helly hansen tops that were doing the damage, switched to non bio and I was fine. Not sure whether it was the fact I was sweating so much or as you say the breathability but the switch to non bio worked for me.
Can still wear non sports gear washed in bio

Been doing mine through local electrical wholesale place, ask an electrician where they buy from!
Initially had the ones that look like a cluster of LEDs, they all blew up.
Shop replaced for ones that look like mini micro chips great job, 12 in hall 50 watt halogens replaced for 3 watt LEDs which are brighter.
600 – 36 watts bound to save a few pennies

I remember when living in Edinburgh some of the breakfast ride/bivvy crowd combining a night ride at Glentress with a bivvy ride and leaving the GT night ride somewhere at the top of the black and heading back towards Edinburgh.
It actually was in an issue of ST.
    Was probably pre 2006

    how to build trails!

Having lived in Scottyland for a long time I’m excited about trail centres opening here. I also love the trails around garvagh and ballykelly forests which are more natural. NI has great potential

    Electric

    Proper burgular alarm

Concrete in some ground anchors when doing floor to chain bikes to

I have a quite a large garage which I guess 4 cars could fit in, my biggest regret is the preformed roof trusses, trussless roof would have made a far better attic

Lots decent shelving, I have IKEA stuff bolted to wall.

Good work bench with a vice attached

Depends what you want to use it for

1 big thing you forgot to post
Why a 4×4? What do you need it for?
    I’ve driven and owned quite a few……..
My Freelander was much better on certain off road trails than my Defender and the Defender was trounced on certain off road events by a Jimny so it all depends what you need it for…..
