    two suggestions if you keep sliding off the kipmat try using a" big agnes " sleeping bag and kipmat combined
    the mat slides into a sleeve on the bottom of the bag, i use an exped down mat i justify the cost by sleeping out in all weathers and all seasons four inches of down filled insulation keeps me toasty

    two lt's on the ark rode a tandem of the bow cat for reasons known only to themselves. lt butler and lt kidner might have been subbies at the time and chris robinson the runner was also an lt and used to run and cycle round the roof lots of tight turns and obstacles to contend with

    the aluminum deathtube or widowmaker was a pretty awesome sight when i used to work visiting flights at yeovil and prestwick but i spent three and a half years on phantoms and they remain my favourite

    scrap yards can be a good source i used to keep about a quarter of a ton under the stairs most of it is now sold but other scrap yards may have some

    good luck with it jeremy i still find myself reaching for where my fags were from time to time , it will take a few months to feel any benefit and do expect to be quite ill for a while as the body adjusts to fresh air and starts to dump all the the accumulated toxins
    i have been fag free for 7 months now and it is still hard somedays

    that was sorta my training rides before i went abroad a round trip from edinburgh to peebles then inners,walkerburn gala and up the a7 home a nice road trip in the quiet times of the day but pure hell in the rush hour

    can be dangerous i damn near had pneumonia after a fast descent make sure and wrap up warmer for the descent, i was wiped out for three days could hardly turn the pedals
