Had a look under both top caps and there is nothing I think, nothing that a Schrader would for or even close, all there was was a tiny ball bearing and a spring in the caps, can’t see anything else there,, also there RC3 not RCV
IV managed to get hold of a rear M775 XT brake for a tenner, I’m halfway there (hopefully the guy I bought it off wasn’t as mechanically minded as me), just need to get a front cheap brake now – if I can’t get it I’m going to try the one I put the wrong fluid in and fingers crossed
Iv measured again and the only difference now is the stem length,, the headtube is about 15cm on the Capra and 12cm on the Bizango however I have quite a few spacers on the bizango which gets it to the same level as the Capra. the Stem on the Capra is a 50mm and on the Bizango an 80mm
which length should I be measuring, Top tube I presume? Just measured it and they are both 60cm from middle on Seat tube to middle of TT, so frames are the same. However I have a longer reach stem on the Bizango which puts it at 68cm whereas the Capra is 64cm, would a shorter stem help on the Bizango or worth a try?
