Its a gt zaskar 100 9r carbon 2012. There was a little nubbin thing that the front mech attached to but took it off when I went 1×10 as it was annoying me. Filling with crap.

Tried a bb mounted one before but it wouldnt work as spaced it too far out, and no iscg mounts on the bike either.

Would the bionicon not keep the chain taught thus keeping It on the chainring?

The tool is 117 £ so not worth it. Personally I find them a little stiff to clip into. However it is a real positive engagement and you feel fully locked in. Great pedals just pissed I broke one.

The reason for the change is a cut back in hours, initially she wasnt going to even get the same amount of hours. Her other colleagues have had the same thing done with no consultation period, and they wernt told the shifts that they have been doing for years were simply deleted off the rotas.

Well this is it she does not have a contract! The company I work for work on tje basis that if someone has been doing the sane shifts for over 6 months that becomes their new contracted shift pattern!

MAttzzzzzzz I feel and understand your pain. I worked for a retailer where they said right you are just just going to be shopkeepers, no conference calls, minimal meetings. Just know your targets and drive for them. Guess what it worked.

Can I ask what depression is?

The reason I ask is that I feel I am going into the realms of depression currently and dont really know what to do. My current workplace Is extremely difficult and im just a retail manager but it is really getting me down. To the point where I have been taking sleeping tablets, I get extremely anxious, and im now at a point where I dont want to get up in the morning and more recently even don’t want to ride.

Could this be the beginnings?
