Where is concrete hill? Also is there a route map? I know it’s taboo for gpx files, but I was unable to race that day despite entering and would like to give the circuit a go?

Do you enjoy riding it? If yes then really that’s all that matters. Your bike you ride it how you can, just have fun, go with it.

I’d rather not replace as just got them for £180. Fortunately my lbs has an ex SRAM engineer, must he isn’t back till Monday and wanted to ride tomorrow.

Just have to use the front brake only then 😀

How far are you from Camberley?

Cycle store in Camberley will do it for you! Rob is the manager and he is fully trained at doing it, saw home building some the other day, quite a skill.

They only have four days after the listing to complete the transaction.

Most people pay immediately, so I would give them 24 hours and then contact. Seems fair enuf.

In my experience all dogs reeds can be good dogs or bad dogs. I currently have a staffy called Stan who is loved and therefore loves us. Have never had any cause for concern with him.

However once had a golden cocker spaniel who bit me with no provocation. So I think some people are being truly blinkered. If you take staffs out of the equation then all that will happen is the ‘thugs’ who are the root cause of the problem will find another breed to use, then we can all ban Labradors.

Someone said about knowing whether the dog is trained to be nice when it came in their garden! Well would you automatically assume that any other breed would be ok?

Cheers for all the responses. Much appreciated. Although I would not ‘pish money away on advice from whoever shouted the loudest’.

Cheers for the advice given. I do like the fact that it will integrate with my smart tv withouth the need for an apple tv.

    Still need to think methinks.

If you find ‘the wall’ a really steep hill, looks worse than it is, and get to the top of that! On the left is the entrance to deerstalker and a couple of others.

Bought it from my lbs, tbh they are v good. But just wondered if anyone had any experience of this. Also heard gt can be a bit crap at warranty replacements. I.e they don’t!

Had it four months. Tbh since I’ve had I’ve had numerous issues. Latest one being a terrible creaking noise from the bb or cranks.

The wheel is ever so slightly off centre to the right. So of you look at where the cable tensioner is (dead centre) the centre of the tread is off to the right.

Doesn’t cause any major ride issues, but if it’s side loading the shock it will wear it quicker. Also being a ‘new’ bike I’d expect it to be perfect.

Unfortunately no geo for the back of the bike online, so can’t see if it’s meant to be like it or not.

What benefit would a rider get from having a drivetrain on both sides?

You could travel to Camberley, 15 minutes further on from Farnham, go to cycle store on park street. They have a new manager in there called rob, used to work for SRAM and raced for aus a while ago. Ace bunch in there!

The hills are certainly a challenge for me at the mo, as I’m still new. I love the feeling of when I get to the top of a climb I havmt conquered before. Not the feeling of my heart about to rip through my chest, but the one of completing a challenge.

I like the flats after the climbs cos I can then recover before throwing myself down the hill to stupidly climb again!

I think it’s a great video, I love the bit where you go sideways round the corner.

And the bow to your public!
