Speaking from very recent experience Milton works! It doesn’t cost much, and cleared all the black mould, my cleaning routine was poor before.
Milton cleaned the black stuff straight off which is awesome

I went up a few weeks back when it had been raining and in all honesty the main trails on the blue were ok, the worst bit was the first climb up which isn’t a man made trail and was just chalk clay, it was horrible. Other than that it was well drained.

Had the stent removed and felt like a new man! Went and got drunk and ended up blocking my pipes again with all the sludge!

Don’t waste your money. Bought two one for each child and both rarely got used.

There’s 1200 homes going in where some of the barracks are.

At this moment the gates are open, but there is also orange tape up across some of the trails to stop riders going in there.

I believe the plan is for the whole area down to the canal to be fenced off but again not seen any real plans to back that up.

It’s a shame because there were some great trails through there.

I’m interested in purchasing a business that’s 10 years old , has had growth (from seeing the abbreviated accounts) each year.

No the komittee is instead of the management company.

The other issue is that the management fees they were/are paying to the current company would not have included any grounds maintenance etc on the two house development that I am on.

Are there any property solicitors who would be able to assist me? I have pulled the resister for another property on the other estate and for the development but cannot make head nor tail of it!

There is a management company already in place, which we have not had to or been requested to pay into at any point. Whereas the residents in the larger development have done from the outset.

The neighbours believe they are not getting a good enough service from them so are looking at setting aside money to deal with instances as and when. Two issues with this, if something g major happens that requires a big spend for repair then the funds available may not cover it whereas a management company would have to cover the cost. Secondly and more importantly is this person is one individual who will have access to the funds, to do with as they please effectively. So don’t really want to pay into it!

I had to have a stent put in, and then had the shockwave treatment. The shockwave treatment doesn’t hurt as such it’s just annoying. The worst thing was the stent, it felt like it was constantly rubbing and made me feel like I needed to pee when I didn’t, so much so I had to plan my courier route at the time around toilets I could use.
One tip for you, when you have the stent removed don’t go and get drunk. I did this and because I then needed to pee so much the ‘sludge’ that was left over promptly blocked my tubes and resulted in me going back to hospital!

The Halfords bulbs are brighter but the working life on them is very short on the brightest version due to the gas mix in them.

I’d try the 90% brighter bulbs if you do a lot of driving in the dark.

There won’t be a full range change, but there will be a ‘refresh’ which I understand to be just a change in colour ways on some models.

As stated above we don’t do a full change every year it’s every two.

Lovebadger, I like the sound of your setup! I am interested in getting something like this. I don’t get in with the Gillette or wilkinson razors, tried one called bold king and it’s ok but not great.

Did you try loads of different blades before settling in that brand? I shave daily as well so will the deterioration be noticeable?
