i ride all the south wales trail centers and the beacons, just gone back to HT just feels right. the just started mountain biking grin is back. full sus seemed too removed from trails

as a postie got to say that the majority of the people i work with try their best, at this time of year you can imagine it is very busy.
as for not redelivering an item i know that when mail volumes are high we would rather get an attempted delivery on every item rather than re-delivering items. you can have item put for collection in a local post office for a small fee.
we have heard that they are working out a way of having a locker drop system, where items are delivered to a 24 hour location i.e. supermarket, where the customer can collect whenever.
finally as in all occupations you will get the odd bad apple.
if you want to complain, don’t phone, put it in writting :D

should imagine so, might be issue with jockey wheel width, but as long as the limit screws are adjusted correctly the indexing is done by the shifter

Anyway, I get a bit of lower back pain from riding the HT. I am convinced it’s down to lack of strength in my lower back muscles, combined with lack of flexibility.

check first, but remember being told the opposite, it’s lack of strength in abs making your back take the strain. an imbalance between your abs and back muscles, your back being stronger than your front, if you like

i like the idea that the poor OP will only ever be able to have yellow full sus frames for the rest of his married life

I can put my handbrake on at traffic lights/junctions so’s not to blind the poor sod stuck behind me, and as an encore I use my indicators at roundabouts Ta Dah!

touch toes, after each climb until core strength improves, your back muscles are doing the work of your abs. also try a suspension seat post, I have a USE SX £40 ish, plus really helps on techy climbs, stops you getting kicked out of the saddle
