Another little tip is that the WEP code and all the details you need are typed up on the back of the home hub.

When you search for the wireless network it should detect your network – probably something along the lines of: BTHomeHub-18T (Full name is on back of BT Hub)

Additionally the wireless key or password is written there too and should be 10 characters in length.

All in all should be a simple process and require no wires at all. Good luck 😉

Sorry to hear your terrible news fella.

I had my bike stolen last year, a custom Stiffee that I had built up over time. You can ask nicely at your lbs for a formal insurance quote/valuation. Just list all components down in full or for others take your bike in. Costs about a fiver but well worth it.

Good luck with trying to recover them and I am sure the insurance will be no worries.

The K barrier is supplied flat packed and it is upto the people installing to read the simple instructions but from the picture it seems ok. Mountain bikes are required to turn the handlebars to get through. However check out the link to the official site or here[/url] for proof of the concept and examples of users.

Before anyone ask I don’t work for them but I have had dealings with the company.

Take a look at Bike Skills for some tips on jumping.

For me I started going to the skate park this week nice and early when no ones around to practice.

Good luck with the change in pills as I was on those a couple of years ago. Coupled with some CBT and a very helpful partner I was off them in no time and back to full health. The greatest thing I ever learnt via CBT was the importance of talking things through with my gf (now wife).

Good luck and I wish you a full and happy recovery 😉

My sister is a silversmith try here for info. She has worked for a silversmith in Sheffield and now just does custom pieces and is currently based in sheffield. She will be relatively cheap but is well worth taking a quick look.

    Good luck!

Firms I have used in the past for technical documents have charged approx £125 per 1000 words so your rate is very reasonable. One thing useful to get out with initial letter is a set of terms and conditions as it covers this type of problem. Most people take full advantage of the 30 days opportunity to pay so you are prob best waiting to hear from them and chasing as and when 30 days passes.

Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start so here’s hoping the MRI scan results from the physio are good. CV is now up to date so just need to wait for voice to stop being pathetic after the shock of the news.

I have been given one months paid leave from the end of this week so technically my last working day is this Friday. Today however I left after the news as I was in no state to concentrate at all. The company employs 12 full time staff and as I mentioned we had a meeting of the technical staff on Monday this week talking about the various options available.

I had been at the company since June 02, 2008 so just about to hit the 1 year mark. Sucks but hey ho as the work load on my desk has been thinning out so I can understand their predicament, especially as a colleague is due back from maternity leave in 6-8 weeks.

Tomorrow I have to face the office and tidy up files etc after attending physio at 8am oh I can’t wait.

After having mini’s up until last year they were great. However, after my bike was stolen I moved onto Avid Elixrs and they are absolutely fantastic. They also look very good and are fantastic value.

I brought my new custom Cove Stiffee from the Sheffield branch last December and had a good experience. Even when Silverfish sent the wrong sized seat post they lent me one to keep me out riding until mine was sent in. Never used the online service tho as they are on my daily commute path.

Mr Frosty can you send me some pics as he is all about the colour (being only 13) to my e-mail see my details for info. Could well be interested tho. Being a lot older than him and knowing nothing about BMX’s means my advice is pitiful so thanks again all.

My mountain bike history is pretty much as follows:
1992-2000 Marin Bear Valley (until stolen)
2000-2004 GT Avalanche which was upgarded over time (until stolen)
    2004-2009 Cove Stiffee (until stolen)
    2009 Cove Stiffee mark 2

Can you tell I am a cheap skate.

Sat in with my knee in a strap watching the footie at the moment. Start physio on Tuesday and then an MRI scan on Wednesday. Then hopefully I can find out whether I need keyhole surgery on my knee. No riding for me this summer it would seem unles the NHS can book me in sooner rather than later.

Cheers for the info in that case I hope the MRI scan is sooner rather than later as today they promised to make an appointment in the next 4 weeks. I then get the results in 6 weeks and however long after that for the surgery. Until then I will hobble around like a wannabe gangster.

I had the same choice 2 months ago and I opted for a Stiffee. Beautiful bike and handles amazingly well. At the price bracket you mentioned you can get a great build too. Mine was a little over that but not by too much 😉

Count that is exactly what i have been doing with the seretide for last 6 weeks after finally having a review at the doctors. Finally at the grand old age of 31 I fully understand the real benefits of the preventor and I have only used the ventolin 2-3 times since then.

For the cold weather I cannot recommend a Buff enough. I wear it doubled up over my mouth in a ninja style and it is superb. Without one I wouldn’t be able to ride during the winter months.

After the old posting I went in for an asthma review and switched drugs to Seretide. Since then my peak flow has incresed from 470 to 600. So cheers all for the heads up 😉
