I am leaving my current job in exactly one week from today. As it was only ever a stop gap filler it has never filled me with dread but it would have done if it had been long term. Even my wife noticed tonight I was smiling more than normal as I simply can't wait to finish. Fortunately I start a new job with great prospects in just over 2 weeks so there is loads to look forward to. New role has better hours, better pay, more self worth and weekends free 🙂

I am in a similar situation in that I start a new job at end of september. The commute wil be 60 miles each way so I am looking at a Skoda Octavia or similar. The other option is registered design right which is very cheap method of protecting the appearence of something. You automatically gain unregistered design right when you jot an idea down on paper etc but if someone copied the idea you would have to prove they copied you. If it is registered you the onus is on them to prove it wasn't copied. For european cover it costs approx £350 to apply and lasts for 25 years with a renewal fee every five years. I have just dug a pair out and will be swapping them onto my bike for the conti verts that are currently on there. Great tyres just need decent clearence especially at rear of bike.

The tyre can will be listed on classifieds soon as a freebie for anyone in sheffield. There is no way in hell I will ever get it back on with the tube remaining in one piece.
