I just shipped a DH bike yesterday it was exactly 154x25x54 Royal mail would not take it because it was too big. Once its over the 150cm then it gets difficult so i would recommend chopping your box down as small as possible, mind you saying that i dont know how all the companies/shops etc manage as with pretty much every company i found that once over 150cm it got expensive!

Could not believe my eyes when it arrived at my door!!! Looked up how much they were new when i bought it two years ago and it was around £2k

i once put my chain back through my rear mech the wrong way didnt realise until a few hundred metres into my ride (after a friend had dropped me off a long way from anywhere) which resulted in the mech and hanger in a mangled mess and a bloody long walk back!

that blue colour really is nice, i have seen a few builds with the blue frame and white components, i think that looks rather sexy.

not sure if you can see this or if its even a bfe but its in that blue, a friend of mine posted it the other day.

last time i parked my bike up at the station overnight in aberdeen (it was an old shopper bike with 20″ wheels i had bought to knock around town on) the station guards chopped the lock and threw it in the skip, i was livid when i went back the next day!!!

    Much better if watched backwards.

Then it becomes a heart-warming story about a disabled man who goes for a walk in the desert and finds a new arm under a rock.

    Love this!!!

Ive often thought the same, normaly with the hardtail or ss guys, you know the odd looking ones.

newcastle, uni in aberdeen, now in slovenia, soon to be london, then to edinburgh hopefully

I used to be exactly the same until a few weeks ago when i went for a ride through the dark dark slovenian woods (which is basically dracula country) on my own, only my second lone night ride ever and i was surprising ok about it, i was determined to get over the fear. Try with headphones on, it really makes a difference, although if any sort of animal crosses your path you truly cake your pants!
