Hi Everyone quick update, we have had multiple DDOS attacks and our server load has been going crazy, I am trying to keep on top of it, I have made changes to our config, to try and help, there still seems to be a couple of spikes getting through which I’m trying to get sorted.

Hi,

We have been working on this, I’ve just released a fix for this issue, please take a look in your settings and the issue should be resolved now and you can set disable video and still get notified when mentioned in a forum post.

We currently are looking into the logged users out issues, this has been pushed back due to other bugs that have appeared. We support most versions of browsers, so as long as your android device can continue to get updates for your browser, you will have no problems using your devices and we are working on the bugs as fast as we can.

A visit to an Apple store, could help your elderly neighbour in explaining the functionality of the iPhone, and help them get used to it much more, as for passwords, you could charge the old phone and do a data transfer but there’s no guarantee that all passwords will transfer over to the iPhone (this also can be done in an Apple store though may charge), some may require clicking of forgot password and setting a new one. Best advice I could suggest to your neighbour is to have a little book which has their passwords, and keep it in a safe place.

In regards to the Blank Screen on iOS safari in the forum, which iPhone device are you using?, which iOS software are you using?, and is Safari up to date ?

I currently am unable to replicate this issue, so trying to isolate all possibilities.
