Could never get it to fully seal the sidewalls of my nobby nics. Spent 3 days trying, laying the wheels on their sides for hours at a time. Gave up in the end and bought Stans, poured it in gave the wheels a shake. Done.
Like what I’ve read about the Sweeps since I bought the Revs. I’m quite a big guy so the added stiffness of the 34mm stantions was a factor so was the on the fly adjustment and they’re cheaper. No brainer as far as I’m concerned.
Had a set of 2014 Revs sat in the garage for a month waiting for my Solo but have since put an order in for some X Fusion Sweeps. 34mm stantions and adjustable between 130mm to 160mm. Revs are going back to CRC when they arrive.
Definitely ok on a CX bike. Decent terrain 95% of the route and pretty flat. Keep your eyes peeled for the signs cause some are easily missed. Which I’m guessing ton missed a few, 45 miles?? More like 36.
Thanks. Looks like a Travelcard then. Not gonna be venturing back there for ages so £5 for the Oyster seems a waste and after looking at the map I reckon we’ll only be travelling within zones 1 and 2.
Thought the Bronson maybe too much bike for the riding I do so I demoed a Solo the other week…………………I am now waiting for delivery of a carbon Solo frame :-)
Email strava support with a link to your ride and a link to the segment and they might be able to match it for you. They’ve done it for me a couple of times
I’m sure Overdrive 2 only came on the X1 model, I own one and have been through this finding stem malarkey, and the rest of the Anthems had Overdrive which is just the normal 1.5″ to 1″ 1/8 taper. Just measure the top of your steerer.
