they’re there to make your ebay ad look pretty when you change frames three months down the line and need a different colour/size layback for the next frame.

speak to a local mobility centre. (main dealer might be able to assist.
Might well be mechanically possible to modify it.

Seen them selling for as much as 200 a pair on pink bike classifieds.
Personally however, i’d e-bay them individually.

it would depend on what the tyre needs to do in each environment.
Does it need to be very fast rolling on tarmac exclusively? Does it need to offer good puncture resistance?

    tetris…
3 bikes.. all the riders.. plus two parents who wished to go “walking” on the same day.
    no room for anything else.

Tow bar rack or tailgate racks are a winner really.

I’ve got a single pivot, and when the mounting hardware is torqued there is no movement in the mount holes… so if i read your description correctly you are stating movement occurs even when torqued?

My frames mount holes are not a super tight tolerance with the bolt either. The bolt also rattles a tad inside the shock hardware, again not a tight fit, but, when torqued that goes away.

If it’s not that it could be something in the shock.
My pals fox rp with propedal removed has a brass weight in that rattles slightly.

The dry2 tyres caused a flurry of rediculous comedy crashes last summer.
Had sparks fly off a shiny new xtr mech.

Suppose it just depends where you ride.

I’ve had some xcr’s which as mentioned above, made decent mud tyres.

That would be fine if you were my neighbour who is still an enthusiastic rider, but, given he’s cash rich/time poor with kids and a busy work schedule thats pretty good value.

Lad i work with looked suprised when i said i bled my own brakes etc. He just said “sod that, i’ll leave it at a shop”.

We have a new Style berlingo. Comfier ride than the older one, and handles slightly better. Has numb brakes, and numb steering, but, most people don’t buy them for country road hot hatch chasing.

As for load carrying, brill. Size wise, fraction roomier in the back. Three fat adults fit width ways.

I’d stay clear of a doblo. Ours was plagued with niggly faults. The new one has a lot in common with the model it replaces and is made in the same factory.
The new Kangoo failed the elk test.
