have given in arguing with virgin just going to not reinstall when we move, we had slow broadband/no signal.. new hub… better, 1hour on the tech helpline …no better, visit by technician, another new hub.. no better then i noticed their installation team had wired our new neighbours through ours, one cable two houses, they have since rewired, better but still temperamental, sick of wasting my time chasing them, threatened to leave them, was put on hold for 15 mins to a dept that was closed. so the end of virgin in our house..
