The next door neighbors have just ripped theirs up & put down a block paved one. The concrete one was lethal in the winter & the edges were collapsing!

We bought a Devon Duvets mattress topper, but didn’t find it added much comfort. I did help with my breathing at night though, I was definatley less “bunged up”.

We used 2 coats of Osmo 420 on our summer house. We are pleased with how it looks but it will, apparently, only slow the silvering process down. As far as I am aware Cedar has decades of life even if left untreated (but I am not an expert).

I have stared using Stockopedia over the last year to help with my stock picks. It rates each company & you can change the rating criteria. It’s worked well for me, still had a few that have have turned into losses , but definitley more winners than losers. It has been worth the cost of the subsciption.

9.00 Sunday, 6.45 wednesday evening. Its mostly Bridlesways & a few cheeky bits but not very exciting (you would need to travel much further into the cotswolds to get anything interesting). I will sort you out some gpx files starting from Shipston & Blockly.

I should add I am using the Virtualtraining app to record my sessions. The one that came with the trainer was really bad!

Not sure if this will help or not, but have you set the correct wheel dia? I have the same turbo as you but use the bluetooth conection & all the figures look about right for me.

Talking about ice cream. Pour a small amount of Pedro Ximinez over a good vanilla ice cream, delicious. I used to be a member of a wine club, & one of the members is a master of wine & a sherry “expert”. She put on a sherry tasting for the club & matched each one with food. It was one of the best evenings we had at the club. I hadn’t realised that sherry comes in so many different flavors.

Thanks for that, its one way to solve the problem! I didn’t think about the out of focus delay while its bringing in the picture :?

Ah, ok I can see the reason it doesn’t seem to exist. That’s a shame as I liked to create my own routes & not use existing ones.

Dans le noir, was a strange but unforgetable eating experiance. It truely is completely dark & all the waiters are blind (we were convinced they were wearing night vison glasses initially). There are 4 menu options fish, meat , vegy & exotic & afterwards they take you through what you have actually eaten!

(Oops north, The George at Shipston is rather pleasant.)
Unfortunately the George is closed for renovation at the moment.
The north Cotswolds are very nice though :-).

The scenes on Crete were potent reminders of the island. We visited a few times in the 80’s & most of the roadside signs had been well used for target practice. We were also lucky enough to be invited to the wedding of the brother of the owner of the rooms we were staying in. I can say for certain the Lamb is delicious & considerable amounts of ammunition was fired into the air (which was concerning at the time as there was a metal framework overhead!)

No problems with ours. House is a little cooler in the summer & warmer in the winter. The insulation beads had some sort of glue on them to stop them moving about (apparently).

Last year we were at Afan & found a mashed up rider at the end of one of the trails (can’t remember which one). His carbon rimmed front wheel had disintergrated on the descent. It put me off ever trying them anyway, at least ali bends!

We had the same problem once, turned out to be hinges/springs (after trying everything else I could think of).

125 Focus here, lovely engine, plenty of power low down, 45mpg easly achieved keeping up with traffic. Got 48mpg on a trip to France keeping around the speed limits. Fuel consuption gets worse if you use more revs, but you don’t really need to. It’s doing less than 3000prm @ 70mpg & its quiet. Would definitley get another.

Cycling buddy has recently bought a 1 series, he did say it,s grabbed his attention a few times on greasy roads! The traction control light comes on quite regularly as well apparently, could be his driving style

Never had a problem with Bontrager tubeless-ready tyres. I would say that they are the most reliable of all tyre to inflate, thay always go up with a track pump.
