I have started recoding my stats 4 times a day at the same times of day, and I’m relieved it’s seemingly going done. I just did a 45 min zwift around London and it’s now at 132/82

Hmmm, I guess plan A is to lose weight sharpish then and concentrate upon keeping it off later…( that’s aimed at me)

Currently hovering around 120kgs at 6ft, so need to lose a bunch of weight.
Reduce stress, increase exercise…
