My flow ex on pro 2 evo rear came with 10mm adaptors on. I bought one of the 10mm qr skewers from Superstar as shown above (only had gold left though!!!!). Works fine on my c456 but it is the evo. I don’t believe they have altered the dropout standard between the evo and the last model.

Mine are black lowers and uppers. Got an e-mail confirmation immediately and a despatch notice with tracking link 24hours later. Tracking info was accurate too. I’ll use them again.

Depends on the tune, suspension characteristics, amount of air in shock and your weight. Pro-pedal is not a full lock-out on any setting (according to the Fox blurb). I did notice a difference when I ran more sag on a recent Alps trip. Only then was there a noticeable improvement in pedalling efficiency with pro-pedal on. (Santa Cruz Nomad with RP23 large can and medium tune for info). Hope that helps.

I’m in a similar position. Our dog has terminal cancer which started in the lungs and has spread to her mouth. Vet said think of 5 things she likes doing and when she stops doing 3 of them it’s probably time. We took her in Friday because the tumour is her mouth is getting bigger. The vet said that she seems happy and you will know when it’s time. It’s a difficult balance between not giving up on them and not letting them suffer. Not much help I know but good luck at an unpleasant time.

Got a nice set of 150mm rct3 revelations, flow ex on pro II evo, slx brakes and 1×10 drive train. Just need a zee rear mech and shifter and I’m all set!!! 🙂

No. She said Bodrum and Gumbet were nice (we visited and thought it was actually better than expected) and that Marmaris was Blackpool abroad and a chavvy toilet. It wasn’t a case of getting bored. We stayed in Altinkum which was a fair way from the airport but very pleasant.

A Thomson rep I know worked in Bodrum for a couple of years. She and her team went to Marmaris for the day and all wanted to leave early. She described it as a toilet.

It’s my birthday on the 7th so I think we are planning on a bit of a night out on the Tuesday and then somewhere pleasant to chill out/recover on Weds ready for more riding!
