My wife’s CBF125[/url] was a really great bike.

Seemed well made and cost buttons to run. Certainly never gave us any problems.

VW will give you 2k towards your deposit on a new golf and many dealers are topping that up too
Cant see that anywhere on the vw financing page. Honda are giving 1500 which is 100 less than the cost of financing it.

If VW are giving that we may have a proper fight off.

Have a look at this page, there is a link to the deposit contribution.

It’s on the old model though.

If its of low value I always send using recorded delivery

If it’s high value I always send special delivery

Depending on the size of the package, you might need to use a parcel service.

Once I’ve sent the package, I then photograph the postage receipt and e-mail it to the buyer.

I’ve never had any issues and everything I’ve sent to the UK tends to arrive the very next day even though I live in the Isle Of Man.

I found the Olympics to be really inspirational throughout; starting with the opening ceremony which I thought was great

It would have to be the 2000 IOM TT F1 race though, won by Joey Dunlop who was aged 48 at the time. Unfortunately 2000 was his last year on the Island.

    Cool video.

How narrow does that track look at speed 8O

Love road racing and only 180 days until the TT, not that I’m counting or anything!!!

I stopped drinking in January this year.

I have never been a big drinker though to be honest and a heavy week for me would have been 3 bottles of Magners.

I gave it up because I was drinking purely because it was there and wasn’t actually that fussed.

Haven’t been tempted to start again and I never get any comments from anyone when socialising.

I sold a motorbike to someone in the UK; I live in the Isle Of Man.

He came over for the bike, rode around the TT course for the day and kipped in our spare room for the night before getting the ferry back the next morning.

I then once got a coach from Liverpool to Bristol to buy an Escort RS2000 unseen. The trip took hours, but it paid off in the end.

I’d do it by the composer or musician, otherwise you’ll have albums by the same person all over the show.

    So Wayne or Jeff :-)

I’ve watched this video a quite a few times since yesterday and it still takes my breath away.

The scenery is just amazing and that trail looks sooooooo close to the edge!!!

You get what you pay for…….several months after the agreed delivery date usually

I think that’s with a lot of custom builders though.

Are you tying to get it insured on a van or car policy?

I had my T5 Kombi insured on a car policy with Direct Line and it was around the same price as my wife’s Polo.

I reckon it would look much nicer without the integrated post and a set of forks to match the frame profile.

I was around 2 weeks on my last order on what was showing as being a stock item.

I chased them up after 4 days and got an e-mail back saying the item was in stock.

Not a major problem for me, but maybe their online stock levels aren’t always up to date.

I saw Hooper for the first time the other night on TV and thought it was pretty good.

I prefer the first Smokey and the Bandit film though.

Although that is awesome amplebrew, it isn’t actually a hardtail!

    I know….

In fairness there were already a few rigid bikes up so I thought I’d be a bit cheeky :D

    I’m on 364 and 100% feedback.

I haven’t used it to sell for ages but do use it to buy; particulary if it’s for something unusual or not widely available through the shops.

Now then… I was just thinking earlier today that I might make some wooden top caps. Is that something that would be of interest to people or is it a terrible idea?

Sounds like a cool idea 8)

I’ll have the Mellow Johnnys one if its for sale ??

    I love Lance me

I ended up with this one after I ordered one for a friend who was a massive Lance fan. I got myself one as I thought it was a bit different.

I reckon it’s been in the cupboard since 2009.

Not unique, but had this sat around in a cupboard for a couple of years now.

    At least it’s topical

I know that I’m nowhere near your height, but possibly of some help with regards to seat tube length.

    I’m 5ft 7 with a 31.5 inch barefoot inside leg and ride a 16″ Kona Unit.

I run a 410mm Thomson setback post and a seat height of 73cm from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle (measured straight up the seat tube) and this leaves me with 120mm of post left in the frame.

The centre to centre seat tube measurements on the Unit’s are really small. My 16″ is only 13″ centre to centre, so even with 120mm of post in the frame; it only leaves 2 cm’s below the sest tube / top tube junction.
