I have a Gist from CRC, it's better then the cycleops I had before and cheaper. It depends whether you like mag or fluid really, mag seemed to be slightly louder.

I'd get a training mat and a from wheel stop. You do tend to travel without one and get a lot of sweat on the floor.

I've been racing for a while. I was hoping to do elite this year, but got injured then ill. It has been a dreadful race season. I dropped 10 minutes on the Windsor run after hurting my foot on the first lap.

This is my first year at London and I got my first swim in for 6 weeks last night. I’ll be happy with sub 2.30 and just finishing.

I have an MGB GT 1972, I use it every day and have done for 5 months. Parts are cheap and you can fix it all yourself.

My advice from someone who has done it and still uses it is go for it.

So much fun to drive and a lot better then the box cars. There are loads of people to help I have the names and numbers of quite a few.

No, so far this has been a very clean tour. Cycling is far cleaner then a lot of sports. I.e. Football, it just doesn't get on the news as cycling is seen as a drug sport.

My dad did a London to Monaco rally in Jag XKR a few years a go. Set off a lot of cameras and never paid any fines. He has been back to France a few times since and nothing has ever happened. So I reckon you can get away with ignoring them.
