Remember seeing something like that in the west end, Queen Margaret Drive way..
Talking bout the wooden hulled (is how I thought of it) recumbent..
Must have been heavy as it seemed to live on the steps outside the close which was strange.
Must have been a year or two since I last saw it. Looked bonkers but that’s the west end for you I guess!

Press ups on their own won’t help. You can’t choose where to burn fat from- you just need to burn more fat!

    Good work clubber!
I had the job of delivering a wee girl today, at the side of the road somewhere in
Paisley. Once I’d washed and changed and had a cup of tea I was very happy.

Dropped from the box no probs..

Oh well. Not long till this is closed!
Hard that Craig Whyte did it today so he retains preferred creditor status.. That’s reassuring eh?

Visited the peel at the weekend. Facilities are lovely, Wtf was a cold war guard post tower doing overlooking it?
Just seemed a bit disjointed to me. Bit of a whiff at the cafe too.. Strange that theres only one cubicle in the gents!

To be fair v8ninety, a #hip does go through a&e. But someone with chronic arthritis or cartiledge probs doesnt..
Know 2 folk in work that are in similar situations but have been told they’d need to wait..

Well, we can all to and fro on here as much as we like but what’s that gonna achieve really? I’m not happy with the bill, think the motives behind it are quite sinister and scary. Never thought id say this (shudder) but that DM article makes interesting reading and only reinforces my opinions on the matter.
Only thing I can prob do about it is write to the relevant MPs and tell them I’m not happy with it..
Not that they’ll prob care, I didn’t vote for a Tory or Libdem candidate, and I’m probably in an area they don’t really care about too much.. But I’m still gonna try.

Strange, thought a bing would be about the only thing you’d find out that way to ride on..
Ps, a bing is made up of the leftovers from old mine works.. Also called a slag heap.
Suprisingly popular with mx’rs.. Found a couple at Kirky and Cambuslang that had jumps, doubles and bomb holes around them..

Bad driving? I was in Northern Ireland and was over/under taken by a coach on the hard shoulder once. Quite common apparently. Made worse by the fact it was an a road with an unsurfaced shoulder..Bonkers!

Aye, they’re big! Went from a large enduro to a large 575. Tt length seems much longer so a much shorter stem fitted.
6 ft tall but I must have long arms cos its worked out ok. Bike is stable on the downs and I don’t feel over stretched. A medium might have been ok too, but didnt get the chance to try one..

Jeezo, sounds shit. But you must have a decent enough set Of skills to get it in the first place . What’s release management btw? You’ve got a month to try and get something sorted out.. I know it’s a pisser cos ive done it before too but you know the drill.. Cvs out to as many folk as poss, knock on every door you can, maybe domeone on here can give you some more appropriate advice!
Fingers crossed for you, take it easy.
