Would need to take account of the increased insurance costs I’m guessing?

Mtbbatteries.com have some very well priced lights. Smudge is from on here
Neninja(?) on here sells good budget ones too. Do a search for glow worm on here to get his info.
Trout from on here sells some amazingly bonkers bright lights but are a bit more high- end price-wise.
I like giving my cash to the little guy.

That looks cracking- some bits look way tougher than they did on telly..
Lots of it has bedded in really well by the looks of it too.

Would say yes. We have an old Vokera big thing in our loft. Had them out about 10 times a coupla winters ago for a hardto fix thermostat problem. I do think they should have fixed it in the first two or three times they were out but none the less, it was fixed eventually and didnt cost us a penny..
No doubt would have cost a fortune otherwise..

About 120 in a hire car on the autobahn, about 115 in my focus when my dad was about to
    pass away.
Managed 110 in an ambulance with premature twins about to pop on a blue light transfer to another mat unit.. Was quite surprised about that.. Could hear the wind whistling in through the top of the door seals!

I really must come out a wee ride with GMTB’ers to see Mugdock- did one trail maintenance day there with you and it looked like there were some nice bits..

36/22 at the front I reckon.. What’s the collective opinion in the best option then?
Btw, haven’t got mine yet, but asked for them to be sent to work 😉

Quick question- Looking to run 2×10 and looking at a new xt cassette..
What’s best for all round riding? 11-32/34/36..
Just have standard xt but buggered if I know the ratios.. Just not sure if i need something different with 10 speed?
I’m guessing 11-34? Commute on my bike, ride trail centres and xc- any advice appreciated!

Er.. Think the worst thing that’s happened in Pollok park recently is a box full of abandoned puppies!
Yes, there’s rough bits, but there’s rough bits everywhere- the mag article was just playing on stereotypes a bit..
I’ve been up to Cathkin a few times, once there was a few neds in the woods but I didn’t bother them, and they didn’t bother me!
Edit- as per the above posts, the OP hasn’t actually said what they think the “facts” are!

thiking of doing this with the bargain SLX 10 spd shifters I ordered the other day from CRC after a timely PSA on here..
All I need now are a rear mech, cassette and chain.
    Hmmmmmmmmm (scratches chin sagely).

Try the zefal no- mud. No p-clips required..
It has thick zip-tie style fastenings. Looks similar to the decathlon offering but sits better on the square stays I reckon.

Got a feed to do and my marital survival instincts say taking my sledge out onto the local golf course might not be the best course of action. Plus I’m gubbed!!
Jeezo, think this means I’m getting old..

Legend.. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything until someone qualified says so. Wouldn’t want to risk making things worse..
Like I said initially- I had a whole host of things done- including some manipulation type things.. Oh aye, and fwiw my physio was talking about referral to a chiropractor at one point..
Glupton, I can understand why the op didn’t like the tone of your posts. My trust has fast track referrals but to private physios, probably due to the amount of sick time we have due to bad backs, and the fact that the Nhs ones are busy!
OP, speak to your GP and see if they can refer you- might be quicker than self referral maybes?

Pulled the muscles either side of my thoracic- was a pita- especially for work!
Managed to get private physio through work- ultrasound, tens, and a shitload of stretches and slow twist exercises..
It’s still sore every now and again but a hell of a lot better..
You don’t work in the Nhs do you? Think they can be fast tracked for referral..??
