I have this in writing, at least,

‘XXXco may have mentioned a pay rate of £10.50 an hour but by paying you through the third party we can increase it to £11 per hour, and Quest only charge £10 per week’

I feel it is time to begin legal proceedings but dont know where to start

Im not prepared to work there for£9

I am paying £30+ a week in diesel to get there to start with. This may be tax deductable, but that will only add £6week

I’m pretty sure the agency’s margin is well above £3hr, judging from what employers used to pay to agencies.

I looked at some umbrella co faqs, and it seems the main thing is that, if you work for an employer, it has to pay this NI to HMRC, whereas with an umbrella, the employee has to pay it, which is about £50week. That is on top of the normal tax and NI contributions.

There are other deductions, like pension, margin, etc which add up to less than £20week, but that doesnt worry me, as its mostly the way they take their fee,

So it seems that there is a wage percentage increase (maybe 13.5%), which the umbrella co has to offer to make it worthwhile

I can well believe it. Tibet, mongolia. The south china sea islands?

The way they treat their shopstaff etc(always have to bow their heads as they pass their superiors), and refuse to serve westerners in some stores, chinese hotels etc, shows a lot of arrogance.

All those chinese built dams on the mekong, in burma and laos, they never took into account the needs of the locals. just lent billions and took whatever they could

can get 2 bikes standing up in the back with the seats down.so easy to bung the bike in the back sideways, and get changed in it

power is ok (2litre) but only 99 so far, on a private road obviously

drowned it, put petrol in it,etc, no pomprem

fan doesnt do much in this weather, and iirc feet get cold otherwise

cassette player is a bit complicated though

Any ladies want  testing for this 2 people /bikes thing?

my father always used to say, as we passed the iron bridge at gretna, it was good to be able to breathe again

Anyway, this only counts if you start on a full battery charge,

Can I measure the voltage drop over x miles, and the minimum crank over/start voltage, to work out how far I can get, or is it not a linear equation?

I had 12.2v on the battery, running it had 11.8v, and with lights and fan it read 11.3v, but I dont know what that tells you about thealternator

but the battery light was on for a couple of days at least, before it failed to start this morning

questions like ‘what if someone kidnapped your sister, and would damage her if you didnt make gay animal porn for them’, or ‘there’s kids out there, never seen a good meal, and you demand a big rare steak in the restaurant next door every week’ spring to mind.

£3m sounds good, but I have to ask myself, is it my fault, am I selfish? Was it worth doing anything, if it ‘s not love?

I was out one night, sitting up a tree waiting to see badgers emerge, and after 2 hours saw none s was riding home, when  a badger shot out from the side of the path and tried to torpedo  my front wheel. I braked in time, but I felt that it was he who had ambushed me

    I mean, there is this

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/dt-swiss-rws-thru-bolt-alloy/rp-prod81162, I could use that, no?

With the right end caps, on either the Superstar Tesla Evo, or Hope Pro 2 Evo,?

So can I use this Novatec axle in its place, or is it something different?

so why does he sound like Roger Chapman?

but I got fed up  and left UK 12 years ago never intending to return.

But I did come back 2 years ago, and so far am really disappointed with things, high rents, low wages, and the way the government jumps in and does things without regard for facts, or public’s wishes

the whole US and TheM thing

I see now that the bearing housings are different on the 51/57 rp23

However, the damper shaft, internal adjuster rod and damper body are all different lengths too

So will work if I just swap the bearing housing, or have I missed something?

Also, if this does work, what effect will it have on the compression/rebound ranges?

I did a course with CBT. 6weeks, 2hrs a week, and it did cure it for a while but then I got back into old ways…

They mainly say restrict bed time to 6hrs, same time every day, and if you dont sleep in 20 minutes, go downstairs until you feel sleepy again.. then once you get QUALITY sleep (in the 6 hours), you can gradually increase the sleep time until  the quality drops off again

It was a killer trying to do it, but it worked.

Just moved house and gone from 3hrs sleep to 6  overnight.  Different things work for different people, but I find GABA  relaxes me, and then I dont care if I dont sleep.

Acetone should be ok, easy to get, a quid for a bottle of nail varnish remover, make sure its 99%.

Otherwise IPA or thinners, but theyre hard to get in small quantities

Meths might do it,  but best to use a hairdrier on it first
