CBT worked for me, but if you stray off the path, you haveto go through it all again,and that can be a real pain, especially if you have to drive every evening, or your a brain surgeon, etc

I found gabapentin (neurontin) akes me feel relaxed, so even if I dont sleep I dont worry about it, but usually thats all it takes to drift off. Plus its natural and not addictive

The tube with a puncture( at the moment) is a specialized THIN

I just bought a phone from gearbest china 13 days ago(as my old one packed up)

I ordered with 2-4day shipping. the receipt showed 10-18 business days shipping. i asked for an upgrade to faster shipping, the did that for me(they said).

It took them a week to despatch it. It got to dhl in germany, then tracking stopped for a few days.It then was returned to hong kong.

So now I get a reply from gearbest to say dont worrry, it takes 14-23 business days. I wonder how long t will be, and if I get anything for all this waiting

are they  cold joining compounds  electrically conductive?

I had similar problem for some time.

I lived in cambodia for a year, and theres little there in the way of dairy, so the day I got back to thailand I gulped down a big bottle of drinking yoghurt and had to run for the toilet (a few times). But after that, every time I tried to move I felt wiped out, and was bloated. I could do very little at first.  This gradually improved, over a year or so.

When I got back to uk, it got worse, with the wine and beer. My guts were bad

I had some blood tests, nothing was found

Anyway I cut out the alcohol,and SUGAR, and coffee,

I try to eat a lot more protein, less carbs, and its much better now, it doesnt get worse when I exercise

I still have a lot of dairy (I’m semi vegetarian)

I’ve also been on Omeprazole for a few years now

It seems that – umbrella companies make you work ‘as a contractor’, rather than PAYE

Contractors must pay NI to HMRC,(employers NI contributions) as well as their own.

This costs 13.8%, so unless the Umbrella co offers an increase of over 13.8% it is not worth it.

After filling in the PAYE form on their site, Quest(umbrella) asked me to fill in the Contractor’s form. Nothing else was said

Nothing that the Agency has told me referred to any specific payments other than Tax and NI, nor that I would not be on PAYE

The confusion is that the agency and employer committed to £10.50hr, without an umbrella co.

Then the agency came up with the umbrella at £11

But when I told the agency that the umbrella co worked out at less than what £10.50 would have, and that therefore I was not prepared to go throught he umbrella the Agency then backed out of the £10.50 agreed and offered minimum wage

I dont like people ‘assuming’ that I will let them out when I have priority . In thailand and cambodia etc, the biggest vehicles have priority, on account of theyre bigger, and constantly pull out regardless in front of motorcycles, causing fatalities etc.

If I enter 511 in gov.uk tax and ni calculators i get 48 and 56 to leave take home pay of £407

so whats wrong? I dont seem to be able to add up these days
