    expect substitutes to be inappropriate

what is this risk register, for immune compromised people?
is it something one needs to be made aware before living with someone on it?
asking because someone i know is claiming low immunity, I didnt realise she should be on a list

Its not waterproof but you could put something over it
you can watch and control it live on your phone, it tracks the animals up, down and sideways

I got an Apeman too, but an earlier one , with the red LEDs, so its a prolem to find somewhere peopel walking by wont notice the red leds.
Otherwise its quite good, but my one could be designed better, so i could put a big jubilee clip around it or something to lock it to a tree. The back will strap to something, but the catch holding the front is flimssy and easy to open
and i dont think it takes an external power supply

i had a similar problem on wednesday, with strava, and oruxmaps,
so i reset a couple of things, and it worked fine yesterday.
I went to security/location/google location Accuracy, and turned this OFF
Then downloaded GPS Status from google play
IIRC it was Menu/manage gps state/reset and Diagnose Sensors
Also tried aeroplane mode and restart, dont know which move fixed it
So does that help? Am i not the only one with this weird problem?

reading more about this, there was an operating technique where a screw was put in that pulled the 2 parts together(rather than a plate) bit this isnt mentioned in the later articles I found

Slow drivers- that do 30mph in a 50, or 40 in a 60, where you cant overtake them, and you cant just get in top gear and coast along. They force you into 3rd, using twice as much petrol, or take up all your attention, which you need for the riding. It takes twice as long for all the people stuck behind them to get anywhere, and winds everyone up,what a waste of time and life and money
And do they stop, to pay everyone for all the trouble and expense they cause? No, they just thinkt theyre saving the planet by driving slow
And as for all the superfluous road signs, multiple flashing speed lights, 20mph bolx, adverts, signs, lane markings, sleeping policemen, islands in the middle of the road etc, its a miracle that anyone has any attention left to ride a bike, after driving to the start

    Oh, and parking charges!

I went into Tesco this year, there was a woman from a chiropractice with a weighing machine handing out leaflets.
I got on,and it showed that one side of my body was 5kg heavier than the other.
I’d consider myself relatively normal, in that respect, and cant take her machine seriously

air shocks are hard to measure the right sag due to the stiction
however, have you tried it with no air, does it get 100% travel?
Id pump it up so i get 100% travel on the biggest stuff.then if you want less sag, you can replace the oil with a thicker one.
assuming that there is no air mixed in with the oil

Had the samme problem on my 2004 berlingo last week, put a new cylinder in
Vacuum pump didnt work,so I put a hose from the bleed screw in a jar of brake fluid, opened it, and pumped the pedal slowly 3or4 times, then closed the bleed screw.
Fluid started coming through straightaway, and I did it 3 or 4 times to make sure

Good luck. That’s the same sort of adapter that was originally on my Diverge that started creaking after a year, or so. Everything is fine when it’s new and tight, but because the load bearing journals on the crank are offset from the BB bearings, those adaptors fret on their contact points and eventually wear enough to creak and groan.

I also have the FSA metal one waiting to go in

    thanks for all your replies
It is a HMO on account of it being advertised as such, the tenants not knowing each other, the landlord not living here, etc, but it is not registered as an HMO (yet)
I’ll be out of here asap, have y own place, but it will take me some time

If as 5plus8 says it is deeed as a 6month contract, then I need to wait 6months before I can leave, and still need to give a months notice?

Interested- I have a hip/glute pain for a year or so.
I got checked out at the nhs clinic, they said it was not a worn hip, it must be a back problem
So I really dont know. Its not the IT band, but is in that area

    wzzzzz – any fotos?
Tried mine again, which nw fits, sticking out the back, but very little contact between my mech hanger and this jobbie, so probabl something will get damaged.
Now my gear cable is too short to refit the mech to it.

It looks like the mech will be too far back to engage much of the chain on the cogs
zippykona- apologies for hijacking your great thread!

    Aaaargh!!!

    No Really?
I got one and couldnt work out where it went. so got the Goatlink, which works very badly

I tried it again, it wont work. Its this one
Theres a tab on the back
to engage with the mech hanger. But it gets in the way on my bike so wont bolt down. Im going to file the tab off and try again
