I’ve a fitbit,I cant vouch for its accuracy, but being semi insomniac ,it says Im in light sleep when I believe I havent slept, my guess of 3hours light sleep would register as 5 on fitbit.
However the average deep sleep/REM for my age is 1h10m/1hr30m,and Im normally closer to half this, on fitbit

So Binance charges 0.1% per transaction, less if you use their own coin, BNB
That seems a better deal to me, or am I missing something?

It being winter I’d recommend a neoprene knee sleeve like the poundland ones even, if I dont wear one I suffer
Otherwise physio says to do squats and lunges, though my personal trainer says he wouldnt let his clients do that until they know how to do that properly.
My knee’s getting worse, the NHS put me onto their physio as a first step to getting it checked out, sorted etc.
So I’m hoping I can get a CT scan or at least a proper evaluation soon. I’m a lot older than you though
And..SPDs did my knees in, shimano(2000) ones anyway, so I never use them

Get a snake or two. Oriental Rat snake, or cobras are good
Instant noodles are pretty good/bad. Had a rat come into my hut, chew through my £200 rucksack, and gnaw through a thick tupperware box just to get some . Mind you, it was an indochinese rat, so that may account for its sense of taste

last thing I remember making, Is a bit of plastic taped on the end of the rear mudguard, so it actually keeps all the mud and water off my back/pack
Admittedly not much use riding through floods where you cant see the path, nor the bridge, and…..
…and the gopro stopped working about 5 seconds before I was due to hit the bridge, so no pictures, my apologies

Is SAD inversely related to melatonin levels?
If so, it seems that green light needs to be blocked as well as blue, to allow melatonin, therefore will green light, along with blue, help with SAD?

Was just in Decathlon, they had a few things reduced by the counter, Fitbit Inspire / Alta, Xiaomi Mi Band 4 (£20),and some garmins, suunto etc
    Good discounts.
I had a Mi Band 4, it fell off whilst I was riding. Was quite happy with it,though it wouldnt connect to Sleep App iirc (or was it Strava?) Sometimes these things just dont work
I wanted a Mi Band 5, thought I bought one (and a Band 4) off WISH dirt cheap, but they were copies, though Wish were very good and refunded me immediately. These are both up for grabs, (at your peril) untested. One has a red strap
I have a Fitbit now, quite happy with it, though it wont connect to Strava, only the latest ones do that

I read it would be phased in gradually ie not yet
Meanwhile, is that a new account? (yours)
If so you might need 25 feedback or £x00 sales before they trust you with normal paypal procedures

i agree with p7eaven, you want a big zoom, 500mm plus
    lumix fz200 is good
1inch sensor is better but a lot more expensive

almost bought the Mi 10T lite, this week, for the battery mostly, but decided on a Samsung s9 for the camera in the end
    Samsung M31 looked good too
cant see myself using 5G anytime soon
Check with her if she most needs a big battery, 5G, camera for low light/action shots etc, as you cant get everything new at that price range

before surgery, the nhs physio told me too not to raise the arm above shoulder level, whereas the consultant said I could do anything I want to, so definitely crossed wires there.Initially the physio exercise was raising my arms straight above my head, trying to increase ROM, but she told me to stop that
I told the surgeon that, he disagreed iirc, and havent heard of that physio since
After surgery I had very little pain, a bit of discomfort and the occasional sharp pain there.
I had ROM issues, especially with the arm out (lying down) and elbow bent,I’d only get 90 degres ROM, now its up to 150deg, thanks to physio
Initially I felt I could only comfortably use my arm in some positions and it could really hurt in other positions, but thats much better now
Ive been riding most days since 2weeks after surgery, but only simple stuff,15 miles of straight track, and not carrying much weight on my back, no issues there

The doc stopped the NSaids,(because they interfere with calcium absorption(??)),which was a bummer, but I read that Ibuprofen does not create this problem

its a big shame if your mother could help but wont,in a way I’m in the same boat, however if you were born in a hospital, they may have records
Possibly the local newspaper had something.
If there was an adoption society or the local authority orsuchlike involved in legal technicalities they may know something
I know things that werent on my birth certificate, and though nobody ever admitted it,there are ‘coincidences’ that cant be explained by the stories I was given

if I had to pay someone else to fix it everytime it went wrong it would cost me way more than its worth, but as its 16years old I dont often need all the latest diagnostic tools etc to do so.
Id like something more comfortable, aircon, heating, quiet etc, like a clean old audi or merc, rather than a newer version of the same, but its not a priority yet.
Its just failed on a cracked headlamp, so another years motoring for under £50?

    zilog,
I did finally see where it says funs pending, you have been paid,or suchlike on my ebay sellers page
but thats the only indication there is from ebay.
No mention of this bullshi before. I really had to look it up
If it werent for the buyers very good feedback and communication I’d have left it
though ebay wouldnt let me cancel the transaction(it says wait a few minutes)

I was using the No Final Value Fee offer,to save 10%,but now I have to convince ebay that the first buyer doesnt count, to get that offer
So now I have to buy/sell lots of little things to get the threshold where they dont do this to me again. again

SNAFU now its turned into a headbanger
The guy canceled the e-cheque thing, I readvertised it, he bought it with paypal.
But no sign of the money in my paypal.
His bank statement shows the money in an account with a name like mine.
Ebay wont let me cancel the order/s yet

I think the guy is for real now.
I found a page deep in the heart of ebay, states, the money is on hold until 17 november, OR UNTIL THE ITEM IS DELIVERED.
But no message on my summary or anywhere told me that
Also found another page on ebay, says “with a new account ebay may hold payment until….
a new account is calssed as under 25 feedback or £xxx of previous business
    well something like that anyway

And of course this is my new ebay business account.
    maybe thats the problem

It didnt click that he wants to buy it off ebay. He has a lot of good feedback.
I offered to cancel the order, then he c. an buy again.
    Saves me getting into trouble
    with ebay for a start
If its always this much trouble selling I’ll have to find a better way
    thanx for your help!

if its a big ol Dcell there must be a massive power LED dropin for it somewhere. Id convert it to Li Ion 18650 or suchlike, save a few kilos, but ultimately its still big and gonna help you blind/bludgeon/stick it up the burglar where the sun never shines

Living in South East asia for several years, I saw MTBs as more of a rich mans toy,(although becoming more popular in places), and dont forget, its damn hot mostly, so riding up mountains is a different story
And as FOG says, outdoors is seen as a poor mans place, with a lot of emphasis on paler skin seen as a status simple, which keeps people out of the sun. So I guess there are cultural taboos in place which dismiss the idea of mountain biking
That said, I have seen a lot more asians outdoors in parks here than before covid

I didnt really have a choice, not to have surgery, as my knee felt like it would go sideways if I put any weight on it. Was it the same for the rest of us?
I had no pain. The MCL was torn as well

I did mine 5years ago, had surgery in Thailand, almost same as Pedlad’s.
Did a lot of rehab, but its never been the same, most likely cos I slipped up in the early days, or jumping on bikes. Ive been afraid to fall on that leg,
I’ve done some pretty epic stuff since, but Im 60 now, and it does play up.
I wont be running anywhere, but I’ve no idea if its cartilege or something else, I should get it checked out but you know what its like with NHS at the moment

I gave up on ‘clever’ small pumps, and got an old fashioned type, 60cm long, fits in my bag well, nothing to go wrong. £6 off ebay or a fiver in halfords
    pump
I couldnt find one when I was in thailand, so I carried a different one for the motorbike, was cheap, light, efficient, etc, I should have bought a few when I could, I never see them here. I bought a lookalike from china ebay, but it was real pish, xmas cracker style.
    favorite design, worst materials

i was looking at the LIDL/Parkside 20v stuff, they had a compressor and an air pump.
The air pump was up to 100psi iirc,
You need to buy the battery and charger separately
It may be enough for you, someone else might know

Id like one I can wear welding. So are tehere any flameproof ones? Or are they all fireproof but dont say so?
Or do they all go up in flames?
Alternatively a good fireproofing spray might do (whatever that might be)
