I tried some, hoping it would help with sleep, but it did nothing
But weed, last time I tried it got my brain going faster and couldnt sleep.
From what I recall **** black etc helped me sleep
So I dont understand, is it sativa and indica(?) that make the differences there, or other factors?
I met some people that like to ride stoned but couldnt understand why/how.
    Is it just me?

Its not shoplifting if youre still in the shop.
Dont expect the judge to stop sentencing you because of that, though

pack a few things and a mate or 3 and get round there for a look. Youll have no idea what to do until you see the place
    Then make your mind up

At school in chemistry we nickel plated some 1p bits. and were told not to spend them in the tuck shop. I dont know how long we’d get for counterfeiting these days

    heres my favourite song

I was riding through some overgrown stuff in thetford forest when i heard a hiss, and thought it was a rear puncture. I looked to see an adder
Also there, I sat up a tree for an hour or 2 waiting to see some badgers emerge but they didnt come out, so i started to ride home in the moonlight. Suddenly a badger ran across the trail like it was trying to torpedo my front wheel
Had another ride there when a spaniel emerged from the trailside vegetation suddenly and caught a paw in the front wheel. I heard a yelp as I went by

Interesting about the nepalese snake superstitions. I was riding my dirtbike on singletrack in north thailand when I ran over the biggest python I have ever seen in the wild. I stopped to see if it was ok but it had disappeared. Anyway, I was riding the same track later, and at the same place, my foot slipped off the pegs and twisted on a tree root, ripping my ACL

so the new carpet and underlay meant that the door would not open without a big push
the new cordless angle grinder came out and sliced 10mm off the bottom of the door
    no problem now

at work, the fan blade came off.
it wasnt replaced the next day so I found the nut that holds it on had broken
Its a left hand thread insert set in plastic so we dont have anything like that, but the industrial glue stuck the plastic back together in 5 minutes
    much better now

Never thought Id end up in Milton Keynes, but I did.
Loved the greenways, just for ease of riding around, though too easy to get lost, and green spaces, and Woburn Bike park
    Supposedly built on the Leylines

My biggest regrets there were the cost of renting, but mostly not having a supermoto to get aroundabout
Never had problems there, despite delivering to all estates late at night

its been bad at work today, I couldnt lift the work, it wasnt heavy but lifting my hands past shoulder level hurt.
Id say the plate is now more prominent than last week, on the neck side, so I better get it checked
    Thanks for all the replies

its been giving me a bit of grief this evening at work. Had to be careful how I lift fairly light stuff
By the time the NHS check it out it may be better, or I’ll have worse things that need their attention

my beerlingo stopped dead on the first corner.
I got recovered 500yards, the recovery guy said it could be cambelt slipped, so that was the first thing to check. That all lined up
Fusebox/es next, the 20A fuse for the ECU etc was blown. With a new fuse it started, but I got 5 yards and it blew. So with a few packs of fuses I tried disconnecting things one by one, removing the ECU, testing wires etc. I’m useless at electrics but the thought of driving along and losing the steering and brakes suddenly was too scary for me to try driving again without finding the real problem
Eventually I took out the battery box, there was the main ECU cable/s, rubbing against the battery tray, had worn through the wiring. Abit of tape and a connector, and its back to normal.

Took me a couple of lovely weekends searching the web for wiring diagrams, and trying different things. Couldnt have got to work if the neighbour hadnt lent me his car

Why do posh crisps need to have super-thick plastic bags if middle-class people are supposed to like less pollution?

    – Why do (non-emergency) drivers risk lives on roads just in order to overtake other cars?

3rd world countries need super thick plastic bags to keep cockroaches and rats out. So when they dont sell here they can be shipped out to where people cant stand squid crisps any more

cos slow drivers wont pay for keeping evryone else in 2nd/3rd gear all day

its simple to make. i guess you can fold the mesh with a brake press, and use a bender for the tube corners, and a guillotine to cut the mesh to size, if you have access to those machines. Or improvise.
I dont think you can buy it off the shelf, but take a look on ebay, someone may be selling it, and if they are they will be happy probably be happy to adjust dimensions for you

Ive been struggling to find a chicken pie, with no bacon in, as Im semi-vegetarian, but recently found Bells Chicken and mushroom, and Iceland Chicken Kiev pies. Both are very tasty and have good chunks of chicken, not just gravy.

I had a hernia, for years, it would appear when Id had a very intensive ride, or reached the top of a mountain, and sat down for a break, or was getting changed
It went away after a couple of minutes but was scary as hell.
I never got a chance for surgery, and too old now to work that hard and create so much pressure in the stomach

Once on replacement you’ll be on it for life – your natural production stops.

I read a lot about this, and am fairly certain your natural testosterone can be restored. I dont recall the details

    alric

Body fat = more estrogen, which = less testosterone
A friend of mine tried testosterone therapy, but it made him spend all his money on hookers, so he gave it up.
Id take it myself given the opportunity, but I feel that if I live to be 100,maybe it wouldnt be such a good idea to act like a teenager. Life might have planned something else.

i agree with a lot of the testosterone inducing stuff above, but are you sleeping properly?
all the exercise in the world wont help if you dont sleep well
and dont expect hrt to make you sleep better

did you get the issue diagnosed at a vw garage, and they cured it with the MAF sensor?
If so, they did it wrong, and should fix it for you, not just replace every sensor and charge you for all the work

I found cutting out sugar, giving up booze and strong coffe

I found that helped with anxiety, and to some extent sleep
perhaps if you decide whats for lunch, etc, get it out on the counter early, it should be easier to avoid snacks. And do you eat much ‘bland’ food, like plain meat and veg? that might help with cravings. Apparently eating at regular times controls your sugar spikes, which otherwise disturbs sleep.
i obviously dont know what im talking about, since i try very hard to sleep well and it rarely works

id agree if Id managed to get the engine temp above 80 ever. I do try sometimes.
Thers nothing quite like sitting there at 99mph all day, to make you want to warm the engine up

maybe- how do i find out? I dont know that the fan actually works, and i did what haynes suggested bar the ‘engine block bleeder’ which i didnt find
Also the turbo on the blingo was on the blinko. I cant get at it so I sprayed the EGR and thatfixed it after a while, but it also goes into limp mode (?)- less than 3000rpm- when it gets wet- so I need to spray the engine sensors with something again
