Just make sure that you’ve charged enough postage and take out enough insurance to cover you for loss in transit. I post several items to Germany each year without any problem using Royal Mail.
I slept in my car at Mountain Mayhem. Back seats down and open a window a bit for air. I just used a sleeping bag and a pillow. I didn’t have wet kit or bike inside though.
I take Loratadine almost daily through the summer months last thing at night. Less so in the winter but I’m thinking of trying this year as I suffer from dust allergy.
I’m sorry to hear that and am sorry for your loss.
A few years ago I lost a friend who I hadn’t seen in a year to suicide. I don’t know the full details of how but I do know something of the why. I kept meaning to ask for a bit more info from people closer who may have known more but never got round to it. I’d say that if you really want to know what/how/why then just ask. I wish I had as I think it would have helped in my case.
I sent something out yesterday that was 4.5kg with Parcelforce 48 hour delivery for about £7.50 but the total length+width+height must be less than 1.5M. You can drop it off at your local Post Office.
My nice new shiney wheels have the DT SWISS logo to the side of the valve hole
I’d return them as faulty for a full refund. Nothing good can come of using them as they are. I guess you could remove the logo stickers and pretend they were never there. That should make them OK.
I’ve got a Honda 4-stroke that I’ve had for a few years. A world apart from the cheapish 2 stroke Strimmers I’ve used in the past. It starts first time after a winter of neglect and runs quietly and smoothly.
There was a small section on my local loop like that. I just couldn’t ride it even though it wasn’t that hard. Once I even went up there and ride it several times on my downhill bike just to get over the mental block. Next time on my cross county bike I bottled it again. We ended up moving (not due to that section) so I’ve still not ridden it on a cross country bike.
If you really want your data back then I always recommend CBL Data Recovery. They’ve been cheaper than other similar firms when I’ve used them for work over the past 10+ years. I’m guessing they can do phones. They will let you know free of charge what they can recover from your device and if you don’t want to go ahead they’ll just return it to you.
When I first started sending small parcels with Royal Mail I was loosing a few, perhaps a larger percentage than you. I switched to their signed for service and haven’t lost one in over 2 years. Unfortunately it’s £1.10 more than their standard service but it keeps my customers happy.
I’ve got nothing useful to add I’m afraid but I’ll be thinking of you all and would like you all to have my best wishes. Good luck and keep posting on here, I’m sure it helps.
Me. I’d been off for about 3 years or perhaps a bit longer. Got an ebike last October so am able to get out again although other health problems have meant I’ve only been out on it once this year so far. Fingers crossed I’m back riding soon.
We’ve had these. They change one letter in the domain name and then try and get someone in accounts to make an urgent payment on behalf of the MD.
e.g. if the MDs name is John Smith then we receive emails from john.smith@companysname.com where the real domain/email is just john.smith@companyname.com
