I have the same type of windows and same issue. Ventilation in the room is indeed your friend but I also fit that window film that you shrink with a hairdryer. It is really effective at eliminating all the condensation.

I’ve built up a bit of a technique for it now and the results look pretty good.

Yes, I’ve been a couple of times and will probably go again this year.

Rode down to Fes on the motorbike last year, solo. Amazing place! The market (oldest continuing covered market in World or something) is a fab place to waste away at least a day. Easy to get lost but it doesn’t matter – just enjoy!

Outside of the main tourist hotspots, everywhere is cheap. You can stay in some beautiful places for silly money.

From Agadir, you might easily be able to get out to Taroudant – been there once before and intend to return on the motorbike this year. Should be easy from Agadir.

I have a TN Laser Competition 1 – it’s *extraordinarily* lightweight. Truly amazing how little it weighs and how little space it takes up in the bag. It’s fairly strong, too. I would be happy out in some pretty miserable UK weather in it.

Would I want to spend many days in it, though? No. It’s just too cramped. It’s not a pleasant place to hang out. For that, I still have my old Mountain Hardwear Nightview. Weighs a lot more but I know which one I’d take on a RTW trip on the motorbike…

Agreed. Whilst I understand the idea, releasing large amounts of  protectively marked content is massively stupid. It’s just not possible to know you are not putting people at risk.

The debate is indeed polite and reasonably open-minded, and I’m thankful for that. Doesn’t mean there is no irony in debating something of which the vast majority of participants here are unaffected by.

A couple of things have caught my notice:

1) The reference to legally all people are designated male or female at birth. This is no longer true in some countries. Where an ambiguity is evident, some countries are now allowing no sex to be registered until after puberty.

2) The Olympic Committee recently changed their guidelines to not ask for sex but the amount of testosterone in blood. They reduced the limit to (I think) 5 nmol/l. It’s very possible for women with XX chromosomes to be around this level of testosterone. People suffering with PCOS are often around this level and that’s not even considered an intersex condition.

Speculative but GPS jamming trials are taking place in the north of England until the 19th October.  High pressure may be compounding this.

GPS signal is around 1GHz, Satellite TV is around 10GHz – there is very, very little chance of interference between the two.
