Excellent Ian. Who would have thought the solution to having a different first page header was to select "different first page" on header/footer options. It appears I really am a donut.

Jimmy, one of the funniest things around that. I am happy to pay for the logo work but I'd def need some pie charts thrown in.

organic355, is it not Catch the Pigeon? Or have I been bumbling about in ignorance for 25 years?

EDIT: Google confirms my Ignorance status. Time for a period of exile.

Respect his beliefs and opinions, the same way you would expect him to respect yours.

Does sound a bit mental though 🙂

She's from Alaska and drives a truck for 20 hours a day in winter! You expect her to be tanned, bright-eyed and bushy tailed???

No, but I'm only making a comment about her attractiveness (or otherwise). The reason she looks like she does has no bearing on that. Myabe if she got a proper girl's job as a secretary or something and wore some skirts she'd look better 😀

Sunken dark eyes. Pallid skin. Greasy looking hair. Yep , a wee bit junkie but if you prefer I'll say trailer trash 🙂

I gave up my job in the helium factory. I wasn't going to be spoken to in that tone of voice.

The Germans had a bicycle corps. Maybe better not cycle any more eh?

FFS every product and opinion is going to be offensive to somebody at some level. Be cool.

doc_blues, thats the boy. Right nasty piece of sh*t. Really got my mum in a state. Which is weird because the way she can go on, I'd have thought they'd give up before her. 🙂

Petrol in a diesel car. Only £2 worth before I noticed and thankfully only 100 yds from my mates garage. So, what could have been disastrous was only really mildly embarassing.

I;ve got bolle ones. They're like normal sunglasses with an insert/bridge thing behind the "lenses". Work a treat.

Were they offering it for "free"? There was a big scam up here in scotland last year but I can't remember the details. Basically, they preyed on older/vulnerable people and once they got in they didn't leave until they had secured an order for the "free" system plus a 10 year maintenance contract.

My folks got duped into an appointment but then read something in the paper and began to sh*t themselves. I called them and cancelled the appointment but they still showed up. I had to keep them out of the house.

The company was run by a major thug.

A couple of those DaKine's look good but a bit od the dear side. I use a Northface with some foam padding inside. Does the trick but as it doesn't fully open it can be a bit of a pain accessing gear.

You can buy inserts to put it any bag. Domke is a name I've heard.

@Bez: I'm maybe totally wrong but that place looks very familiar. Its not Maiori on the Amalfi coast is it? Bet its not even the right country

B r. You're not wrong. Fueling it isn't too bad. But f@ck me it's lost some value in 18 months. And tyres are 200 quid a corner.

b r, the 3 litre diesel thats in it is fantastic. Performance-wise its pretty fast, not too greedy and doesn't sound like a mini-cab. Its a nice car but its not really me which is why I want to change it. That, and the monthly payments are eye-watering and seeing as I'm going back to basics with my new company I need to keep things tight.

Dooosok. Don't really fancy another golf. Having had mark 1,2 and 4 I thought they were getting progressively worse.

Flip, the lack of space will rule out the cooper.

Gingerbloke, forgot about civic type r. Good shout.

I quite like the focus but I'm 37 and don't know if I'm a bit old.

Maybe a crazy-ass a3 as the cap'n suggests may be the shout.

b r, meant also to say i'm no great fan of RWD cars. I only ever felt confident in the BMW on a totally dry surface although I freely admit that this may be down to my driving ability asw opposed to the car.

I've got 2 dogs and I wouldn't contemplate taking them to a trail centre. I ride with them regularly but they are always heading off on mini-adventures that would cause problems in a busy trail centre. Might cause concentration issues for me as well. So no. IMHO.

Thems the rules. Unless most of your income is taxed at source (paye) you have to pay your tax In the year of assessment based on the previous years assessment. I guess that this is your first year paying under SA so you've got year 1's tax to pay (as you didn't pay in-year) plus your first instalment for year 2 b You can apply to postpone some or all of it but then you'll need to pay interest. And it's not advised if you know you are going to have tax to pay

Yup. Plus 50% on top for your first instalment for 09/10.

Just disivered that you can hire the multi-use parks I play 5-a-side on for tennis as well. £20 an hour whether for tennis or 5s. So its £2 a head for football and £10 a head for tennis. They also charge £5 for some knuckledragger to come down and put the net up. I can see why its not so popular. And also, its rubbish. IMO

I still dont know how we have a scottish tennis player. I have never, never, seen anybody playing tennis in Scotland. Except in wimbledon week when somebody chalks out a court on the road and use a washing line instead of a net. And swingball.

Molgrips, we have never used a babysitter – either in a hotel or at home – that I don't know personally and my wife and I would feel really uncomfortable leaving any of our kids with a stranger. Maybe its wrong, maybe its not, but its the way we are.

Chill out man. You're right I shouldn't make judgments about total strangers. Nobody should. Sorry.

How much do you know about this babysitter?
