Best app i have used of late is logmein.

Jamie, is it good then. I use logmein on the laptop but i would have thought that the Iphone was a bit small.

    Whats it cost?

Shazam – amazing but ultimately useless
    Sky+
    Last.fm
Connect4 – even the lite version is unbeatable. I am 132-0 down.

Don't employ old(er) people. I have a guy in the office who it would seem is incapable of reading from a screen so he prints off everything. Drives me nuts.

Cowdenbeath in the "kingdom" of Fife is a real sh*thole.

    Dundee is a dump.

Bathgate / Armadale / Whitburn will never have a tourist board.

Somebody mentioned Falkirk is a dump but I'd say that Falkirk itself ain't bad but the outlying areas like Avonbridge or Langlees are a bit ruff.

I got a pair of Bolle bins with a prescription insert behind the lens. I've got proper bad eyesight so the insert are pretty thick but they still work a treat. Cost me about £160 and they have interhcangeable lenses and a bridge that means you can use them without the inserts as well.

According to my 12 year old son, Darcy Turenne downhiller is a babe. I'm inclined to agree. Can't figure out how to post images. Shame he's at schoold- he'd have done it for me.

When I were a lad, I had a grifter, a football, and a load of annuals. Cant think of anything else I needed. Although I did have a fat, ginger "mate" who had everything and it p*ssed me off no end. And he was the first guy in our town to get an MTB. He flipped his lid though – last I heard he tried to hold up a bank with a breadknife.

My wife's mate has just told us she's getting a "speagle". A quick google will tell you its a cross beteween a spaniel and a beagle. This is their first dog. Does this sound like insanity?

I've been thining of buying a DSLR for a while and I sought the opinion of one of my clients who is a pro photographer. He recommended Canon EOS-450D. As I am a noob concerning cameras, I would tend to go with his advice.

I know a guy who travelled from Ayrshire to Fife by train every day: Walk from his house to local train station. Train to Glasgow Central. Walk to Glasgow Queen St. Train to Edinburgh Haymarket. Train to Rosyth. Walk to office.

I also used to do business with a girl in Japan who commuted something like 300 miles each way on the train every day.

Me? My commute is about 5 mins. 🙂

Not sure about a springer as your first dog. Although I;ve never owned one I had a mate who had one as his first dog and it ate through the kitchen wall (literally). I can't say much as my first dog was a border collie who was mental. He was also very difficult to train but eventually I got him on side. Then we had a kid, the dog lost and attacked the doctor and hand to make the long trip to the vet.

I now have two golden retrievers which are great dogs but still need exercise and mental stimulation. I;ve had them on a ten mile ride with no problems but equally they can sit in the kitchen for a couple of days without too much trouble.

True. Probably because like Chicken Tikka Masala its a british dish. You wouldn't get anything resembling Spag Bol in Italy, and certainlu noy Bologna. You'd probably get spaghetti con ragu which would be close but not with minced meat – think more casserole style – and normally with pork or wild boar def not beef.

Obviously celery and onion. But not carrot.

And also, would you not put wine in a spag bol? I would. Onion and garlic in pot, brown off the mince add tomotaoes and wine then put it in the oven. Off to work – come back four (or eight) hours later and its ready. Make a huge pot and freeze some.

My mates special spag bol "recipe" contains a whole bottled of tomato ketchup but I'm guessing its not traditional.
