is mate will be a “known witness” and unless it goes to court the insurance will not take too much notice of his statement. certainly not 2 against 1.
You need to either let it go and move on or go to your insurance and dig in for the long haul.
Write everything thing you can remember down NOW, as it happen and be honest. the people dealing with your claim do it all the time, they are used to the same patterns of lies from half wits like this van driver.

My boss borrowed my van and I took his BMW home, bumped into a Tufnels delivery van in the slow moving traffic. Damaged the bonnet and number plate on the BMW and dented middle of van door.

Driver got out and said I’m ok , then said I think I’m ok. When we were talking a car went past with driver and passenger shouting and laughing. Drive said they were colleagues.

Last week I received an email saying there three occupants and one was injured in the collision. Anybody any idea how this may turn out?

    Forza 6

Still playing it most days, have a wheel and an elite joy pad. Elite pads paddle are perfect for changing gears so saves getting the wheel out for a quick blast.

Project cars is very good, but is a sim and makes Forza seem almost like an arcade game.

There is a sticker on the rim that i was starring at when failing to fix the punctures that TCS was possible. But that could have been put on the wrong rim I guess.

Do a search for simply electronics before you buy.
    Same with slrhut.
I’m not saying dont buy, but I am saying have a read first.

Good advice, they have cancelled my order from the 23rd of March after numerous order status changes. From ready to be dispatched to awaiting stock selection and back again. Pile of shite

Just completed our move to an office at £690 plus VAT, £1800 a month less than the last we looked. And it in a more convenient location.

Tickling, it invades a child`s space or something. A Pagan friend of my wife told her she shouldn’t allow me to tickle my son as it invaded his personal space and can have negative effect on him
We have never got on since I threw a bit of Christmas mistletoe she had kindly donated on the floor of my van and killed the magic.

Update picture, almost all gone. Cant beleive how much has come out. One more session in four weeks to take out the faintest of ink. If you look really close you can just notice it.

I had tattoos on my fingers from when i was younger, i went for laser removal and couldnt do more than 2 sessions, it was agony and i have both arms fully sleeved which was a tickle in comparison

Not suggesting your a big Jessie :D but I was genuinely shocked at how little pain there was. The last tattoo I had was joining the bits on my leg into a sock. Shin bone and behind the knee almost made my eyes water. I was expecting it to be quite brutal. So one session and it looks good so far.

Tomorrow at 10am I am booked for the first session of laser treatment. In a beauty salon, I will update with pictures if it is as sucsesfull as I expect it to be. I had to do a patch test last week and they took out a bit, shocked at how much came off with a few seconds of laser.

I posted a wanted add for a iPhone 4 for my son to use as a camera and iPod.
I got an offer of a 32gb 5s for £50, by someone who wouldn’t tell me there user name
Been there done that. Was not an STWer (neither, I doubt, a real Scandinavian!), but a thief cruising our classifieds for those with a guard down.

On the flipside – sterling awesomeness has arrived in others ways via real forum members, and I will back up the OP in a rousing cheer for the good and great.

I don`t know how but I only posted half of what I had typed. I was trying to also say the following

“wysiwyg” replied to my add and sent us a iphone 4 for an amazing price. This price included postage, new apple ear buds, charging cable and a new screen. So much more than we expected and son was delighted. ACE

Just added a Wheel Stand Pro to the TX wheel. Bit of money for a stand but it is so solid it aint moving even when throwing the car about.

I used the mode button to change the sensitivity to level 1 and have 900 degree steering. I still think im faster with the pad but the wheel takes the game to a new level.

Office 2010 is the most ‘current’ old version you can get away with imo.
I use it frequently at work along with 2013 Professional Plus and there is barely much UI differences between them.

Just to be clear I DID get the promotion. As they had given me a chance on what is a massive leap in job responsibly and salary I thought about getting them removed. Not something I had really thought about before. The site I work at has a lot of creative types and I guess that’s why there has never been an issue with the colourful arm.

Thanks again for all the positive posts

Wow, just had a glance to see if anybody else had posted

Thanks for the positive posts, I will look into getting them removed.
I am well aware of what the dots on my knuckles look like and what sort of person usually has them. I did them when I was twelve. Second double period of art at the high school. Teacher didn’t turn up and there was a big plastic bottle of Indian ink. A couple of the boys in the class lived at a care home and showed us how to do it.I can remember doing them as did most of the boys in the class. Stupid thing thing to do as I probably only did so to join in but I have done lots of stupid thing when I have been older a new better. Leaving school and then home at 16 have affected me way more than a bit of ink.
We had to do PE with out tops of at school and it was quite a site with names and crosses and other shit tattoos on show every week.

But my employer didn’t judge enough to not give me the promotion they just mentioned it wasn’t perfect. This is why I considered getting them removed. I agree that they don’t sit well with my new role as most people think thug, borstal or prison when they see them. In a meeting they don’t know me and I am not going to have a card to hand out saying who and what I am.

Some friends have, they tell me it’s more expensive and hurts a lot more than getting it done in the first place.

Get a decent cover tattoo as an option?

Not an really an option :?

They stand out more in winter. I had an interview for a promotion last week and during the interview I noticed the CEO looking at my hand. Feed back from the interview was that my hand was a concern. I have a sleeve on my right arm that they don`t care about just the hand
