Slight thread hijack – does an Xbox One need a decent internet connection in normal play? I don’t mean to download games more just when actually playing?

It does flash on screen if it has a weak connection and you do notice the lag for online play when weak but for normal offline career mode it makes no difference.

Switching off simulation has made a it difference.

    Thanks
Thrustmaster Tx feels amazing, I had a steering wheel for the PS3 and thought it was ace but this feels nothing like it.
Using ironing board as a base but will upgrade soon to something that is more suitable.

Anybody using the Thrustmaster TX. We have treated our selves to one each at work with the recycling bonus.

I`ve not tried mine yet but two others are struggling to stop the cars sliding out. Project cars seems to work almost out of the box but no luck or youtube settings are working.=

We have two networks onsite. This what I use below. This is much cheaper than i paid.
Phone takes to long link runner takes about a minute for the IP address and a few minutes if I require the switch name and port.

I need to know if its a live port, what network and whether its user or printer config port.

13 times last year and about 10 so far this year(merlin pass) and we live in Reading.

4 year old son loves it. We normally go on The water Viking ride, then the dragon roller in the castle, the water flume tide with the big wet Finnish by the burger bar, the Atlantis and boat school in the morning and the never had to wait for hours in any of them.
The toddler car school never seems to have a large queue so we go there and the water park in the afternoon if the weather is ok. For him it means he is not shivering so we always have trunks and towel with with us. Then a few others without big queues.

If we go as a family we didn’t get on as many rides, if I take him we seem to get on a lot more

Ceiling tile will remain in place

Bracket on ceiling tile and screwed in to the MDF through the tile. The MDF will be on the grid behind the tile.

This was requested by the Facilitys Manager as it is the standard for anything fixed to the ceiling tiles

Used Gumtree today for the first time. Listed my mums sofa and an hour later had this now familiar email from a Julie Fisher. Was this the same person ?

Great! please consider it sold and cancel every other appointment regarding it as i am willing to pay your full asking price because i need to buy it for my cousin asap, i have read through the advert and i’m totally satisfied with it,sadly i would not be able to come personally to collect due to my hearing loss and me being in wheelchair.
I have a courier agent that would help me to pick it up at your preferred location after you have received your money and i’ll pay you via PayPal today.
Where is the pick up location so that i can inform the courier agent about it now?

Not that I’m aware of. I bought it from someone who had it “tuned” for an alpine 160 but then bought a different frame. I ve not used the bike for a while and only noticed it.

Gravity dropper- despite being told it was bomb proof it was no end of trouble. Self service and paid for service still the same. Adjusting the seat post clamp made no difference. Now have a Thompson, no adjustments needed it just works perfectly. With the dropper there was no way of guessing if it would go up and down. How a spring and magnet can go so wrong is a mystery.

Today I was sitting in Tesco Haddington waiting for my wife while the sleepy market town went about it’s business.

Is Haddington really a sleepy market town?
I grew up there living next to the A1, hated the place.

If the loom is being replaced and it is done correctly then (apart from the length of time the vehicle has been off the road) I can’t see the problem here.

I’ve replaced loads of looms over the years and never had any issues

PM me the Vin and I can check and see if this is a known fault.

    Hi all again.

Why the anger Peaky, Have we disagreed on a previous thread ? Or some pathetic Class War type of chip on your shoulder. I normall work 6 days a week and the cheap childcare option starts in September(School) so no longer will most of the wifes part time job be used for childcare. We traded last car and have the rest on finance for 3 years.

We had the car for 22 days before it failed. My wife has had glandular fever and didn’t drive much when we picked it up hence the low mileage over three weeks. I have a work van so don’t really drive the family car.

I could have used a Citizens advice or similar forum than asking here but I like the personal experience posts by this this forums users. I started a thread on here about ITP and the posts were more helpful than all the bits I had found on medical forums.

This is the problem with modern cars, or rather modern dealers. You never get the confidence that even the main dealers have any clue at all as to how to trace a fault and fix it and it often ends up being a trial end error ‘replace and hope’ tactic, which might fix the car, but you’d never have the confidence they’d fixed it for good or just addressed the symptom, and that you won’t have more issues a year or so further down the line. For that reason I’d be pushing for a replacement.

This is how I feel about it :(

    peakyblinder – Member
Not sure I see the problem. Cars are complex things, they can go wrong. If you’re buying a modern car then more so, although Honda’s less than most. You got a very decent loan car in the first instance. They are fitting a new loom. If that’s fixes the problem, what’s the beef?

If they left you carless while it was being fixed or offered some tatty old jazz then I’d be miffed. If the car comes back and it’s as bad or worse than before then I would want a refund / replacement. If they refused to put things right I’d be getting legal. But right now it sounds like they are trying it sort it out and you’re just being impatient.

Yes I am being impatient. 150 miles and 90 of them were on one journey is all it has traveled since purchase.I didn’t spend 16k on a car to be driving another lower spec one. If I wanted a 1.6l with no toys inside I would have purchased one. :?

There is more room inside but we have shit interior of suede and leather. I will check all the bits are there for the roof bars and get back to you.

Just get a tow bar and be done with it. Our shuttle wagon easily takes 4 DH

I am impressed, that’s a lot of bikes, I was nervous with two on the back
