Think it read just under 10miles on my computer but not 100% sure.

And who won the solo seniors/vets?

After all the breaks from wannabe's and Russ Downing following every one of them, I was delighted to see him take it on from the front. He had the strength and was confident enough in his ability to take go for it………dropping all the saxobank riders etc on the climb 🙂

Best rider won.

Really enjoyed my first experience of Moray.
Brutal climbing, some fun swoopy sections, natural sections and a rattling rooty descent which removed every filling in my teeth 😆

After 11 laps solo I'm hoping the next time I ride that course is next year 😉

Was on a web-site for roadies (yes I'm a darksider too) and there was a chart for your inside leg/preferred crank length.

So got me thinking there might be a similar set-up for MTB's.

So looking into alternatives, as I do like the tubeless. Especially with maxxis tyres (fit and forget) + ideal for 10's/12's/24's – so far anyway.

If so, I'm amazed that a crossmark is so good on the front. Still reckon a Crossmark rear and either an Ignitor 2.3 or ADvantage (but unfortunately not LUST!!) so Ignitor it is 😀

True……but have been told from a reliable source it works way better than a conti vert, which I did own in the 2.35 guise many years ago!!

other front maxxis recommendations in 2.1 are fairly slim pickings, especially to compliment rear.

Is it worth having a 2.25 on the front?

My NN+RR were both 2.25's and did quite like the large volume on a hardtail.
