days with the usual shouty, bad attitude, everyone listen to me mob
although sometimes it can still be quite funny ….

seems to have mellowed so who knows

Got back into it 3 years ago after a 25 year gap
bought myself a Gas Gas 250 great fun fitted a slow action throttle
to soften the engine made a big difference
couple of local clubs all very friendly and laid back
and at trials events its more a day out on the bike and only as competetive as you want it to be
and as mentioned above cheapish sport,Trials Central site has a good
advice forum split into bike manufactures so any problem you encounter
    theres plenty of advice availible
    go for it

Most important part on a bike I would say the grin the wider it is the better the ride
    everything else is secondary

Muddy and wet in east Ayrshire, out for a night ride last
trails are looking a bit eroded with the constant rain and wind
weve been having, had to clear a few large fallen branches
blocking the trail dont imagine it’s going to dry out anytime soon

Ive been doing 13 miles each way since May
and loving it mostly B roads not much traffic
,the joys of living in the country mostly do 5
days a week takes 50 mins there an hour
    on the way back..bloody hills,
still manage night rides and weekends on the Mtb
with no I’ll effects I feel it’s really improved my stamina
and overall fitness to be honest it’s the highlight of my day
I arrive at work (7am start) invigorated and raring to go
and the cycle home gets rid of any
work related stress, I could possibly do an extra couple of miles
each way but not much more I think around 15-16 miles each
    way would be my limit

The sale of our flat had just fallen through so feeling pretty down
headed out to a country park with my wife and oldest (2 at that time)
while getting something to eat in the Cafe around 2pm..ish heard a breaking news report of a light aircraft hitting 1 of the twin towers no reports of any casualties at that time, when we eventually got home just sat stunned at the images on TV think i sat up till the early hours as more and more footage appeared
