have ridden singlespeed for the past 7 years I did buy a carbon full suss in the summer 30 gears and all that
spent a few weeks flat on my arse as i struggled to get used to the gears again now i quite enjoy it but I still enjoy the S/S the simplicity of of one gear is a good thing i don’t struggle to much on the hills i run 32/18
i also commute 130 miles a week on a S/S road bike bit of a Gluton for punishment ….and yeah the facial hairs coming on a treat x

Thought about the BT Infinity but no fibre optic due here for a while (East Ayrshire)so all the could offer was Freeview so back to the signal issue ,Yep Sky certainly don’t seem to be tripping over themselfs to hold onto customers i imagine a lot will be shifting to BT with the new sports offer… anyways looks like Freesat it is either through Sky or new box

been through all the offers never really had to pay full whack for it until recently all there offering us now is half price broadband didnt realise they done Freesat i know i can cancel the Sky keep the box and get terrestrial channels but there is a monthly £10.25 charge to use the record feature which i kinda like for series link awkward start time programmes etc ….hhmmm thought new box was my only avenue

Have a look at this I’ve had one for 2 months and love it took a bit of getting used to gears after 5 years of single speed hardtailness …climbs brilliantly ,lightweight easy to lock out suspension for road use and its shiny !! and within budget buy it through Quidco and get 2% back

My kids have turned their backs on the X factor this year, think its had its day
and my wife never watches the soaps but does do strictly come dancing & kids are mostly watching the Disney channel although the oldest (13) is obsessed with 16 and pregnant which is a bit worrying
I Sky+ anything that clashes and watch it later

initially i thought it was Saul but a couple of rewinds on the sky plus it is Abu Nazir I thought what he said was “look at us” wife was convinced he said “what a mess” had to put the subtitles on to catch what he actually said…… “Nicholas”
actually Carrie is beginning to get on my wick in this series and also agree that Estes and Saul have something to hide

Really saddened to see Grampian police’s involvement in this, certainly didn’t look impartial
Trump is a tyrant with a flock of seagulls hairdo who has the cheek to refer to peoples homes as an eyesore!!
his bullying tactics are well known were the SNP’s to blinkered with the cash to see what was going on ?
shame on you Alex Salmond youve done the party a diservice on this matter
